(Third POV)
???: "You little bastard! Get over here or you're gonna get more whippings outta me!"
???: "I ain't listening to you, ya old saggy scrotum! Hahahaha!"
In a "quiet" orphanage, there was an old man, holding a cane, chasing down a young boy with a monkey tail. Unfortunately for the old man, as he was chasing down the young boy, he slipped on a banana peel left by the mischievous one, resulting in a few giggles from the other orphans. The prankster boy just clambered onto one of the ceiling fans before sticking his tongue out and blowing a raspberry.
Y/N: "You cannot hope to catch me! For it is I, Y/N, who shall make your life that much more stressful! Hahahaha, ta ta, you old scrotum!"
He leaps off the fan and runs off to a room around the corner, which so happens to be his close friend's room. A girl by the name of Kaede. She had light grey hair and soft blue eyes that complimented her fair white skin as she wore her glasses that were supposedly her grandfather's.
Y/N quickly barged into her room before silently closing it so that the old man wouldn't find him in her room, and as he sat down to breathe and relax, Kaede smacked him upside on the head with the thickest book she could find. Then, in a shouting whisper-like voice she started to scold the monkey boy.
Kaede: "Y/N, how many times do I have to tell you that you shouldn't keep pranking the elders and caretakers here. They'll do anything to find you and make you receive punishment."
Y/N: "Hey, they were the ones who forcefully whipped the others into submission, so they should be the ones to receive punishment, not us! We're nearly teens, Kaede."
Kaede: "All the more reason to act accordingly, with respect towards them."
Silence was heard shortly after the short argument, but they immediately made up by hugging each other tightly, but not to the point of squeezing each other's air out of their lungs.
Kaede: "They didn't hurt you, did they?"
The prankster lets go of the hug and gives a toothy smile to her.
Y/N: "They got nothing on the Monkey King! Never even stood a chance against me!"
Kaede: "Oh, speaking of, how is your quirk coming along? Are you doing okay?"
Y/N: "Never better, I'm able to summon my clones properly. Hell, I even tricked one of the staff members with them, you should've seen their face."
He reenacts the facial expression of the caretaker poorly, resulting in Kaede's immediate giggle, which quickly turned into full-blown laughter from the both of them. They laughed it off for a few minutes before a knock was heard on the door.
???: "Kaede, sir Rupert wants to speak to you. A family would like to adopt you."
Her eyes widened with happiness but quickly turned upside down when she turned to Y/N, but he kept his toothy smile.
