Lee Donghae woke up bright and early, eager to start his first day of SM University as a transfer student from Mokpo. He was extremely excited to experience the wonderful Seoul community that his friends who had come here often talked about.
For now, he had just moved into his dorms at SM University. He was lucky to have the room for himself as the roommate whom he was supposed to be sharing with had recently dropped out from the University due to high pressure. He felt bad for the roommate, of course.
Anyway, Donghae got up and got ready. He wore simple jeans paired with a light pink shirt and white sneakers. Immediately, he grabbed his bag and a slice of bagel with cream cheese and ran out of his dorm door.
When he reached the main campus of SM University after walking for fifteen minutes, Donghae saw his senior, Leeteuk. Leeteuk was not only Donghae's senior but also the Dorm Manager for Suju, the name of his dorms.
Leeteuk smiled and grabbed him, speaking excitedly, "Donghae-ah, how are you?"
Donghae smiled, "I'm good, hyung. How about you?"
"I'm good. Hey, listen, I'm planning to have a welcome party for all the new students-including you, at Suju Dorms, sometime this Friday night."
Donghae chuckled, nodding, "I would love to come. Let me know when it will be soon"
Leeteuk smiled brightly, his eyes scrunching up at the corners, "Of course, I can't wait to introduce you to everyone."
After bidding his goodbye to Leeteuk, Donghae went to his first set of classes. He was going to study instruments, singing and songwriting. He had always dreamt to study in SM University because it was a prestigious university that trained all students to become successful idols or singers of Korea through rigorous training. Donghae dreamed of becoming a KPop idol with a mass following and he hoped that he could successfully achieve that without fail.
After finishing his classes, he walked down to the cafeteria where he will be meeting the rest of Suju dorm residents-courtesy of Leeteuk.
"Welcome to Super Junior!" a loud voice startled him as Donghae made his way to the table boasting full of loud men with a tray filled with food.
At the table, there were men with bright and clashing personalities. Donghae saw eleven men of varying types and personalities.
Apart from Leeteuk, he learnt that the beautiful man with pale skin and rosy lips wearing a bright red pants paired with a white shirt was Heechul.
A Chinese man sitting next to Heechul in black shirt and distressed jeans was Hangeng. Donghae later learnt that Hangeng was also a transfer student like him but from China.
Donghae was surprised when he saw a man who resembled an anime character with his light pink hair and delicate features. On top of that, he was wearing a bubblegum blue striped shirt and owl glasses that perched on his nose. He was Yesung.
Next to Yesung was a bulky man who looked manly and strong. He looked intimidating until he opened his mouth to smile widely, making Donghae feel comfortable in his presence. He was Kangin.
Behind Kangin, immersed in his bowl of food, was Shindong. Shindong was chubby and yet didn't seem embarrassed about it even though he was in a group of handsome people. In fact, Donghae admired at how Shindong was confident in his own skin and how his personality shone through his sense of humor.
The cute man with a wide smile and the ability to do aegyo despite being a man wearing a baby pink sweater was Sungmin.
The tall man with gelled up hair and a youthful look wearing an expensive black shirt and branded jeans was Siwon. Donghae heard that Siwon came from a very rich family.
