Without a second thought Shelby ran as she could to the mansion. When she arrived she saw 50 people lying dead on the ground. In rage she killed as much Youblood men as she could. She didn't stop till the rest of the men were fleeing for there lives. Once there was no more sign of a Youngblood Shelby searched for Amelia and Sierra. She eventually found Kathryn and asked her where the girls were. She said the were in the hospital section. Shelby ran up and down the hospital section halkway looking for the girls. When she finally found them they were in the last hospital room. They were unconscious and they were dirty. The nurse wouldn't let her in the room. Jason had to pull her away and hold her. Not long after Ryker, Damien and Emily showed up. Shelby looked at Ryker with tearful eyes Ryker: where are the twins He could tell Shelby was about ro collapse so he ran to catch her.

Shelby cried for hours on end. A few hours later a nurse comes Nurse: they are stable now. Amelia has 3 broken ribs and a broken neck. Sierra's legs are both broken. They need to rest. Shelby: can i see them Nurse: of course I'll be making my rounds let me know if you need me Jason: do you want us to come with you Shelby: no I want to be alone with them. Ryker kisses Shelby's head before leaving. In the hospital room she pull up a chair in between the beds. She takes a hold of her daughters hands and starts singing a lullaby
Even through tears her singing was beautiful. Everyone in the whole mansion could hear her singing. Even the people extremely injured were comforted by her voice. Marcus: you can hear the anguish in her voice. Damien: i haven't heard her sing that since she was pregnant with the twins. Ryker: her mother sang that to her as a child. Then they heard two little girl voices. Ryker: Amelia? Sierra? Jason, Mason and Ryker ran to the hospital room to see that the girls were laying in Shelbys arms. They were looking up at her as she sang and rocked them. Damien: even with all the evil in this world no darkness can steal the love from this room. Even doctors and nurses came to see what was happening. Shelby and her daughters were so catch up in the moment they didnt care to notice they were being watched.
