Chapter 08: Drunken Guy

Soobin's POV

I was a complete mess, because of what happened to the both of us.

It still bothers me.

The fact that you say those words right in front of me.

Shattered my whole world.

That we built, together.

That you built, for me.

For me, to be out of the shadows.

You pulled me out of it; you made me think I still have a chance of redeeming myself.

But, it wasn't true.

Everything that has been happening between the two of us, are just imaginary things.

Those things are just things that happened inside my mind.

Nothing is true.

Well, that is what I told myself.

But, everything feels so real.

I tried my best, to try to let you tell me that nothing is real here.

But, to my luck I was in defeat.

To celebrate my unwanted defeat against you.

I drank so Soju in a convenience store, when I was almost drunk, I said to myself.

I should just go home, and continue getting drunk there.

I wanted to call Yeonjun hyung, to come and pick me up.

But, I then remembered that he had a project to do with Yeji noona.

And he said, it will last the whole day.

Since I wasn't really that kind of drunk, I thought that I could go back by myself.

I went outside the convenience store, and walked towards the pedestrian crossing.

Because, it seemed like it was in stop.

But, again to my luck.

Reality hit me once again, but harder.

I didn't notice that there was a truck coming near me.

It was coming to fast, I didn't react.

The only thing I heard was a scream, from the other side of the street, and it kind of sounded like you.

I looked at that side, and saw you running.

But, you were too late.

I already got hit but the truck.

Couple of minutes of later, I was on the ground laying flat.

But, then I felt a hand holding my face and said something.

"I Love You. So much, Binnie... my, Binnie..."

And with that I fell asleep.

Not wondering what will happen to me, or to you.
