Chapter 14: I'll Do Everything For You

Soobin's POV

Once, I heard about the address.

I quickly left the café and hailed a cab, once I was out.

Thankfully, a free cab was passing by so I quickly got a ride.

I went in, and told the driver the address; he understood that I was in a hurry, so he quickly took the shortest way towards it.

I was so anxious.

Because, if she does have it, she might die, with it.

And it hit me.

Maybe, that's the reason she broke up with me?

But, that's impossible.

She wouldn't do that.

She's smart and strong.

She can think of another excuse to use.

She is also strong, because she can surpass this.

She can and she will.

And in a small period of time, we reached it.

I quickly thanked the driver, and gave him the payment with a little tip.

I quickly ran inside the hospital and went over to the admission counter.

To ask, for Lia's room, but they asked me for my relationship with her.

Since me and Lia, just broke up.

I used it to be an excuse to see her.

I said that I was her boyfriend.

Which, they quickly let me in, and said what her room number was.

So, I was forced to use the stairs.

So I ran up, the stairs, sometimes skip, and sometimes jump over some steps, due to the lack of time.

But, her ward was on the 20th floor, of this massive building.

But, for Lia.

I'll do everything.

I was currently on the 11th floor, meaning nine more to go!

I was exhausted, due to the flight of stairs I had to take just to reach Lia's ward.

But, as I said earlier.

I'll do anything for Lia.

I was walking towards her ward, while also wiping my sweat away.

Once, I reached it, I fixed my posture, first.

Before knocking on the door.

I opened the door to meet, Lia's older brother.

But, I also met Lia, who was looking at my direction with wide eyes.

I went in, and bowed in respect.

Junso hyung, bowed back.

I was just looking at Lia, I didn't know what to say to her.

And I guess, Junso hyung, noticed that.

So he made a fake excuse, just to leave the awkward room.

We just stare at each other.

But, after a few minutes she smiled.

Which also made me smile.

She gestured me to come and sit down.

Which, I did.

I really do sound like a puppy, who's taking orders from his master, right now.
