Chapter 09: Hospital?

Lia's POV

I can hear sirens, people gasping, running, and machines.

And that's when it actually hit me.

We were at the hospital.

Meaning me and Binnie, are going to be saved.

I was breathing heavily; I was also fighting back the sleepiness once again.

I was looking at the direction, where they took Binnie, to see, a lot of doctors going that way.

I smiled, knowing the both of us smiling.

I was rushed into the ER or the Emergency Room.

I saw almost five doctors, here with six nurses; all of them are wearing proper equipment.

I was staring at the light above me, before they connected a tube to me.

That, had some sort of sleeping drug in it, and they can give you a higher dosage of it, if you're immune to it.

And I do, admit that it made me sleepy.

I was getting more and more sleepy.

It was painful, but, I'm still enduring it.

It was painful, but, I can still smile.

I'll always smile, while I'm still alive.

Because you said, that was one of my charming points.

I'll smile just for you.

Once again, but...

But, promise me one thing.

You'll survive this.

You'll survive this with me.

And with that, I feel asleep due to the dosage of drugs that, they gave me by the tube.

It already sleeping drug got the control over my body.
