Doctors and Tears

Niall's P.O.V.

After an half an hour Liam got wheeled into the room, the nurses  connected him to a heart monitor and some IV's. When the nurses left Louis immediatly went over to Liam and grabbed his hand. Liam was still asleep, we all grabbed a chair and sat beside Liam's bed.

Zayn and Harry were holding hands and I reminded myself to ask about that later. Liam stirred and his eyes fluttered slowly open. Louis squeezed his hand.

"Hi guys" Liam said hoarsly, he winced when he talked. Louis grabbed a glas of water and helped Liam with drinking some water.

"How are you feeling Li?" I asked him, he still looked very pale and tired. "I'm fine Ni, Just a little tired". "Then go to sleep love" Louis said. "But you guys are here"He said smiling softly. "we still be here when you wake up" Zayn said.

After fifteen minutes Liam finally gave in and fell asleep. The only sound in the room right now was the heart mionitor who had a steady beep and Liam's soft snoring. Louis smiled and stroked Liam's hair.

Liam slept trough the whole day and when it was evening we had to go home cause the visiting times were over. Louis kissed Liam's forehead, and we all kissed his cheek.

When we got home it was close to midnight and Zayn and Harry went to bed cause they were tired. Me and Louis sat down on the couch, the room was a mess now Liam wasn't here. Louis was really pale and quiet.

"Lou, are you okay?" He started crying and I wrapped him in an hug, I kissed the top of his head softly. "I was so so scared that I was gonna lose him" He said  while he was crying into his shoulder.  We stayed like that for about an half an hour when I noticed Louis fell asleep. I carried him bridal style to his room. I put him in his bed and tucked him in.  I peeked into Zayn's room and saw that Harry and Zayn were cuddled up in bed. I brushed my teeths and put on my pyjamas I crawled into my bed and fell asleep really soon.

Louis P.O.V.

I woke up the next morning in my bed which was weird cause the last thing I remember that I was on the couch crying in Niall's arms. I still need to thank him for that. I went to the kitchen to make some breakfast for the guys, no one was downstairs yet so I assumed they were still asleep. The living room was a huge mess, I sighed. I went to the kitchen to make some toast, eggs and bacon. The kitchen door openend and Zayn and Harry walked into the kitchen and sat down on the chairs. "Goodmorning Lou" The said at the same time. I gave them an plate with bacon and egss. Niall came down after an few minutes and started eating right away. Zayn and Harry went upstairs to get dressed, Niall was still eating.

"Ni?"  He looked up to me, "Thank you for last night, I really needed that" He came up to me and pulled me in an tight hug, I Hugged back just as tightly. "Lou I'm here for you when you need to talk don't forget that"  "I won't" I said. And we got dressed and drove to the hospital.

When we came in Liam's room he was still asleep, I smiled and kissed his cheek. His eyes fluttered open and he smiled at us, I grabbed a chair and sat beside him.

"Hi guys" Liam said, his voice still a little raspy  from the medication he got. The doctor came walking in "Liam I have good news, we're gonna do some test and if you feel well enough to go home you can go today" Liam smiled brightly and the doctor called some nurses and told us to wait outside.  After an half an hour he came to us. "He can go home but he will need a lot of help with showering and getting dressed and things like that" We all nodded and smiled, Niall came over to me and wrapped me in ah hug. We walked back into Liam's room, the nurses were helping him into a wheelchair I could see pain on his face.

I rushed over to him and pulle dhim in an huig, he hissed in pain and I let him go really fast. "Are you okay baby?"  He nodded and I kissed his cheek.
