Chapter Four: Moon

Running leaping.... wait no flying possibly... amber eyes.  Night sky, no stars.... Moon light cascades like a spotlight between the shadows of the mountains.
Amber eyes, with a fire in them that compares to sunlight

Darkness is what I see while I hear the trees whisper in the wind. As the smell of lavender, jasmine and mint plants. God I love the smell of Lavender..

Wait.......When in the hell did I come outside, for one for two was that a dream or....

"Both......A dream and not a dream perhaps reality yet in a different world. Or maybe your darkest nightmares. " Lucid says as he creeps out into my mind

"Creep much"

"Whatever, yet to answer your other question. I don't know when or how we got here. Nor where we are..... and no nobody else is around"

Not answering my wolf I began to look around and smelling the air. Why do I smell the air? Well see if i smell the air ,I can see if I'm still in my family's territory. Even though I'm technically royalty, in this new world you earn your ranks. Which means if I'm on someone else's territory they can challenge me and take my rank. Or even worse kill me on the spot if they decide to do that. But lucky for me, I'm about 48 miles east of my parents land. Yet not out the clear, because it's two different packs between my parents land that meets. Those two packs are know to hate company that wasn't invited, those who came uninvited had to join or be mated off or fight for their freedom back.

"Is that..... is that.....*insert laughter* are you that weak. Whew got jokes..... Cause thats wild" Lucid chuckles, sounding of a car windshield wiper

"No I'm not, maybe we can let ourselves be captured have a little vacation. Some fun, maybe even up our rank. Since we're only a warrior status... and fighting brings me joy. Sometimes breaking a bone or two spices up life, you know"

"Sadistic ass, I thought I like you. But damn it, I'm in love" Lucid says smiling like a he won a million dollars

Closing my eyes again while I stay alert, so I can meditate and think about which pack should I go to first. Well the packs are Lune De Wolfé, which are filled to the brim with nothing but top tier werewolves vampire hybrid assassins. You see this pack was created to hunt the hunters that kills innocent people. Then it the Sun pack, all they have are just well normal ranking wolves but the best doctors, witches, warlocks, hell just the best magic and medicine. They both have their pros and cons. Yet it's no rush, my parents isn't freaking out, because apparently every person has their journey. But not every person isnt ready for  battles between their journey.

"I say let's go to the Lune De Wolfé and then Sun pack. That way we can gain more skills and view points." Lucid interjects

"Touché. But first we have to shift, it's been way to long. And apparently you're not a puppy anymore which means I'm next to grow."

"Plus you're easier to control after a run and hunt" I whispered hoping Lucid didn't hear me.

After waiting for a brief moment to see if he did, which obviously he did. He decided to start growling at me like some wild beast for 10 long seconds until he realized that I have the upper hand here. Then tucking he's tail but only to start wagging it happy to finally be in his form.

Relaxing my muscles I hear the snaps and pops of my bones. I'm numb to the crazy ass pain of shifting and the weird feeling of fire going through your body...But what I'm not used to is this new height. We're now bigger than a full grown pony a little bit bigger and leaner then our fathers. Looking down I see that my fur is as black as night without stars. But my tail is as grey as the moon with hints of highlights of whites.

Interesting, I'm a two tone wolf, that's not normal. Hell we look good so far as I can see.

"Good no, we look godly" Lucid barks puffing out his chest

Smiling to myself I begin to contact via link to the Lune De Wolfé Alpha
( A:N; For now on I'll be calling them LDW because their pack name is long)
Finally feeling the small pull of the link being created I hear Rocky,

"How may I help you?" Rocky says in a bored tone.

"Well can I come train with you, my father would like for me to become stronger. Plus you're one of our allies." Trying my best to remain as serious as possible. Rocky is a bit up tight straight to business guy.

"I have my own heir to train. So why would I bring on some whining pup? I don't even know if a warrior wolf can keep up with an alpha." Rocky says with some bass underlining his voice.

"Well if I manage to not only find but step foot on your doorstep.... wait I'll do one better I'll not only come I'll challenge your heir and if I win they'll become my pet. Since you want to be a major dick about a simple question". Getting a little annoyed

"Don't you think that was... I don't know a little to much? I might be matured but you're not. Today it's your turn and who knows you might be asleep for to long" Lucid chimes in trying to reason with me

"Deal. You have 48 hours to not only come to my house but defeat my heir. They been waiting to put you in your place" Rocky say cutting the connections completely.

Feeling like I just won a Nobel prize for not losing my shit, I know my change to one true self is soon to come. Since I'm a hybrid I'll go through puberty fast, which means I'm about to hibernate for moon knows how long. Yet knowing it will happen very soon I let my parents know that I'm fine. Also that I'll be gone for awhile.

"Lucid, I'm going to sleep for awhile you take control. But don't cross into Rockys territory until I wake" trying my hardest to stay awake to make sure we're on the same page

"You got it mate, can't wait to see what happens to you" Lucid says as I drift slowly into sleep.

*24 hours and 38 minutes later*

"April it's time to wake up... we need to make a move on it if you want to gain a new rank and to train." Lucid howls at me, making my head ring

".........I'm up. Damn you didn't have to be so loud" as I open my eyes seeing I'm back in human form next to the lake . And on the opposite side is LDW

"You changed...a lot..... I guess we can say you finally match your wolf gender..." Lucid says trying to sound as calm as possible

"It's fine, I mean I knew something like this will happen..... I guess you can say the Moon Goddess is smiling down at us. Do we look the same?"

"Do I look like a god damn mirror.. go look in the lake" Lucid says fading into my mind

Someone is being moody. But I would be too if I'm about to fight for what could be my life. Gathering up my strength I begin to stretch. Knowing that I haven't eaten in over 24 hours my wolf will not be taking bullshit. Meaning I might kill without trying, I don't want any blood on my hands today. For some reason I want to impress and so I have restraint.

Walking towards the lake, I want to see my apprentice. Luckily my wolf took off my shorts before switching to his form. Meaning I'm not completely numb in nature. Looking into the crystal clear water I see myself. No more boobs just pecs, my muscles are more define, jaw sharp, full lips still, thick eyebrows, jet black hair and I got more height. I say I'm about 6'3 now and only major change between my legs. But other than that I look like me be the guy version.

"Well I can't start a war on an empty stomach" I think to myself. Knowing I can at least go hunting before planning to attack.

"Let's attack tonight, the shadows will be our cover... and what should you go by now? I mean April isn't you know a guy name" Lucid says thoughtfully

"I'll let of something but for now let's hunt"
