Behind the Cabin

I was nervous at what Kate would say is she would want to be my girlfriend.

On the post - it - notes it said "will you be my girlfriend?"
Once Nico saw that I was reading the notes he started to say it.
"Kate, will you be my girlfriend? I know we have had our ups and downs but I still want to be with you. I've liked you ever since I've meet you and I have thought that I am going to stay with you for 3 years."
And then in Nico's hand was a box of Oreos and each cookie had frosting of how we met.
It was sweet of him.
"Yes." I said.
"Yes what?" Nico asked already sounding excited.
"I'll go out with you Nico." I said.
And with that Nico happily swung me like I was light weighted.
And he kissed me.
"Each morning I'll be the first to kiss you, you won't kiss me first but I will." Nico said.
"Uh no I always win." I said.
"Kate do you truly really like me?"
"Of course I do Nico I always have since I first met you, you lemon haired boy."
"It's getting cold out here Kate wanna get inside the cabin now?"
"Sure. And thanks for all of this it was really sweet. Now let's eat the oreos."
I said. I quickly kissed Nico and I think I saw him blush.
"Sure hope they're good as they look."
Nico said.
"Yup."
I got the Oreo with my name on it, it had pink frosting ohhhh tastes really good.
"The Oreos are really good Nico."
"Uh huh."
Nico said trying to put another Oreo in his mouth.
I quickly got my camera and took a picture of it.
I also took a picture of the post - it - notes and of some of the Oreos before SOMEBODY (Nico) eats them all.
I think that this day has been the best after all.

I'm the happiest guy on Earth because now I have a girlfriend.
And I'm eating frosted Oreos.
Also I'm sharing a cabin with her.
What else can a happy guy want?
