5 kings

[A/N] This is more of a poem thingy than an actual chapter but I had this idea at 2 am and I don't think I want to change it <3

There once were 5 kings

Who had everything

They had riches and fans

For which they had big plans

One king left first

And though that really hurt

The other kings knew 

That he had to desert 

Then there were 4 kings

Who still had plenty of things

But it wasn't quite the same

Without the king who would not be named

The 4 remaining kings decided it was best to split apart

Each one going to share their own works of art

They made it well on their own

And rarely thought about going back to their home

The kings knew it was best to separate 

Then be under their advisors crushing weight

2 kings lingered near each other

Some thought it was because they were closer than brothers

But the other 3 kings knew it was much more

For they knew about the two since long before

These two kings held a special bond 

Of which their advisors weren't very fond

They were forced to hide it and push it away

When they really wished to be together everyday 

These two kings meant so much to each other

They couldn't bear to lose one another

To let the other go 

Would cause them to lose their glow

So these two kings stayed together 

No matter who tried to tear them apart 

It was like they were tethered 

Tethered by the heart

All 5 kings flourished in their own special ways

But only the two special ones managed to see each other every day

By the time word got out to the public about their ways

All the subjects in all the lands just KNEW they were gay
