The next morning was Sunday and Tyler still didn't know my feelings for him. Well he does but he doesn't know that Im admitting it. Once I realized it, it became easier for me to say to myself. 'I love Tyler.' I dialled his number. Then didn't have the guts to press talk. So I hung up the phone and went back in hiding. It was painful. The phone then rung. I quickly picked up hoping it would be Tyler.
"Hello?" I ask anxiously
"Hi Addison. This is Audrey. I hear your dating Tyler." Oh god no! What should I say? Im not dating Tyler!
"Yes!" I quickly answered as fast as my mouth would go
"Hmm." Will he say the same thing when I call him?"
"Of course? Why wouldn't he?"
"Okay then bye." I quickly hang up without a goodbye, dial his number, and quickly press talk. I wait, nerve racking until he answers
"Hello?"
"Hi!" My voice sounds so perky compared to his groggy morning voice.
"Oh hi. Did you realize you love- Hold on I've got another call."
"No!" It was too late. He had already put me on hold to tell Audrey we aren't dating. Get different revenge and have Audrey laugh about this forever!
"Hey I'm back. What were you saying?"
"Who was that?"
"Umm why?"
"I know it was Audrey!"
"Actually, truthfully it was my grandma but I told her I had to go because my true love was on hold. And why Audrey?"
"Oh never mind but I need to tell you something!"
"I knew you would come to your senses. Now go on!"
"Iloveyou."
"You what sorry?"
"I love you." I said again, painfully
"Do you really? Or is this about Audrey again?"
"No. "
"No you don't love me?"
"Yes! I love you Tyler and this isn't about Audrey. We are perfect for each other so I am having a turn at 21 questions and asking. Will you go out with me?"
"Yes." I nodded, knowing he couldn't see me.
"Anyways. Audrey doesn't believe we are dating. And it would be nice if she new. Would you mind telling. Well everybody?"
"My relationship status on Facebook is already 'In a relationship with Addison Sturt."
"Good good!" It felt awkward dating him. But I know I love him. So hopefully the odd feeling in my gut is a passing thing. After alittle while longer of talking we said our goodbyes then I hung up the phone. He called back 3 seconds later.
"Hello?"
"Hi I forgot to say I love you." I giggled
"I love you too." I waited for him to say something then the phone started beeping loudly. I pulled it away from my ear. He had hung up. My knees went weak. That was so sweet. I then hung up aswell. I ran downstairs to grab a bite to eat, skipping one stair at a time. Once at the kitchen I realized my stock was low. No drinks but tap water. 2 granola bars, and 1 bag of BBQ chips. Looks like I was going grocery shopping today, but for now the chips would do. I snatched them and ran back to room opening and eating them on the way up. I jumped onto my bed and started pigging out while picking up my open laptop off the floor. Lots of people had tried to talk to me. Jessie, Camryn, Mallory, Audrey. I checked Jessies first.
