Shadow - part 15

Hey guys, I'm sorry 'cause u are waiting for this part so long, but here is it! Enjoy.

Briarcliff School. Ricky and I are planning to go in that school. Everyone says this is one of the best in New York City, and is near. You can get there in 10 minutes from our house. School starts in three days. I'm excited, I want to meet new friends, hang out, and all that.

Soon I will get a sister. I want her name is Mia. Isn't that a wonderful name?

-Nina let's go to the bookstore. -Ricky said

-Okay. C'mon.

As we walked, we talked mostly about the new school.

-I am a bit scared.

-Why?

-Well I'm not a great student. Your parents wouldn't like it.

-Do not worry Ricky, I'll help. You can do it.

Ricky is very smart. He's just a little bit lazy, he does not like to read, to write.

When we went to the bookstore, I saw some beautiful things. Such as pens with a glow, erasers, notebooks that have dog pictures, and lots of other interesting things. I was planning to spend only $ 20, but I spent $ 49.50. I simply had to have these pens and notebooks.

When we came home, we were surprised, the house was locked, it was empty. I called my dad on the mobile:

-Dad, where are you?

-You got a sister, Nina. Your mom will stay one night in the hospital, and I'm coming home for half an hour. See you.

After so much waiting, I finally got a sister. I can't wait to see her.

When the father arrived, I told him:

-Dad, I want to give a name to my sister.

-But, your mom has already given her a name.

-Uh, so what's her name?

-Mia. Nina, it's a wonderful name, it shouldn't be changed.

-But, I wanted to give her the same name.

-You see, you don't need to worry.

The next day I saw my little sister. She's adorable, she has chubby cheeks, blue eyes, cute little nose. I couldn't stop looking at her.

The next morning, when I woke up, I started to get dressed and make-up. Today is the first day of school. There's one thing that scares me, what if Ricky fell in love with another girl?

Briarcliff has very pretty girls from rich families. It really scares me.
