Jisoo
"Baby I'm sorry that I took too long. Gosh! It's cold out there." I rubbed my hands together to make it warm.
It's raining heavily today but Jennie and I decided to celebrate our two months of marriage at our favorite coffee shop.
We've been together for 6 years already and we only got married last October. I figured that we shouldn't wait for too long to get married. We know for a fact that we are each other's soulmates, and I want to spend the rest of my life with Jennie. My Jennie.
"Honey take this off." She helped me take off my slightly damp jacket, and wiped my face with the towel that she grabbed from the backseat.
I grabbed Jennie's hand that made her stop what she's doing. She's beautiful, just like the first time that I laid my eyes on her.
"What?" She asked, dumbfounded.
I kissed her hand and pressed my cheek on it.
"I love you." Yes I do, and I always will.
Jennie cupped my face and smiled. There's this consistent look in her eyes, just like the very first time that we met.
"I love you too, weirdo." She uttered and gave me a lingering kiss on my lips. God I love this woman!
I bless the day I found you...
Her favorite song played on the radio. She loves listening to old music while working inside the darkroom, and she collects vinyl records for fun. I never get it, but I do support her hobby. I love the look on her face when I would buy her a vinyl record. It makes me happy just seeing her smile like a kid in a candy store.
"I want to stay around you..." I sang along with the song.
"Oh please stop!" She giggled when she heard me sing.
"Come on, you love it!" I laughed along with her. I love the sound of her laugh, it's music to my ears.
"And so I beg you... Let it be me..." She playfully hit my shoulders as I continued on singing.
"God! I'm married to a cornball! Please stop!" She giggled.
"Say you love it. Stop! Ow!" She kept on playfully hitting me while laughing.
"Don't take this heaven from one... If you must cling to someone... Now and forever... Let it be me." I sang to her.
"Stop it!" She cupped my face and kissed my lips a few more times to shut me up.
"You love that song!" I uttered in between kisses.
"Oh, Jisoo." She looked me in the eyes and gave me a quick peck on the lips one last time.
We are in an intersection right now, the traffic light is red and we have to wait for one minute before it turns green again.
I tapped my fingers on top of the shifter as I grew impatient with the seconds on the traffic light that seems so slow.
Jennie placed her hand on top of mine. She gently rubbed her thumb on my knuckles and gave me a smile.
"Be patient, love." She uttered
Patience. That is the very first word that she said to me.
Summer of 2013
"Next please!"
The lady from the school's admin uttered.
I have been standing in the same line for about half an hour now. The lady takes too long to operate on her computer, and my impatient ass can't take this anymore.
