jealousy

this was inspired by someone, i forgot who

              it was a beautiful, sunny, sunday morning. me and my boyfriend jack were running some errands. we had just picked up our fanmail, went to an audition and now we're taking a small break. we stopped by an ice cream store.

"one chocolate for me and one chocolate chip for the lady please", jack said politely

we paid for the ice creams and sat down.

we started to talk about random things. then mid sentence, someone put their hands over my eyes.
"guess who?" the very familiar voice said

no way, no way, no way, no way.
i turned around and he removed his hands

"LUCA?", i yelled a bit too loud
"that's me", he said smiling
i quickly hugged him tightly.

luca was my ex, we ended on really good terms and we agreed to just stay friends. while we were dating, he went on vacation and had met another girl and asked me before doing anything with her. he moved away for her and i'll admit i was sad at first but a month later, i had met jack.

from the corner of my eye i could see jack staring, clearly jealous.

jack cleared his throat awkwardly,
"y/n who's this?"
"this is my ex, luca. luca this is jack"
"her boyfriend", jack added, while shaking his hand.

"what are you doing here, i thought you moved", i asked
"i came to visit my family", he said while jack scoffed

"uh okay, nice meeting you jack and see you around y/n"
"definitely, i smiled, as he walked away.

i turned to jack and a look of jealousy was all over his face,
"what?", i said asking playing dumb
"don't act dumb, i saw you flirting with him"
"i was not", i defended
"ugh whatever"
"aww is someone jealous", i teased
"no", he said pouting
"mhm totally"
"fine i was", jack admitted

"one, he has a girlfriend, which he loves a lot. two, i would never do that to you bub", i assured
"i know, i just love you too much to lose you"
"you're not going to lose me jack, i love you"
"i love you too y/n"
