"Show me again." Harry encourages me, watching intently. When we woke up from our nap it was only three so we both figured that we would hang around his place a little while longer. He sat on his couch as I demonstrated the routine that I had made for work.

"Push play." I pull up and retighten the shorts he let me borrow, playing with the string as I wait. The song is soon playing and I wait for my entrance. His eyes never leave mine and it truly empowers me. I don't think I could ever fully explain how captivating his eyes are and how they attract my soul entirely.

I carefully execute the dance and nail every single move and when it's over I am a panting mess with sweat droplets littering my face. We both share the same ridiculous smiles and I playfully bow. He responds with a round of applause, "Woo!" He cheers, a loud whistle following after. "That was even better than the last one. I think it's perfect."

"Thank you, baby." I use the nickname that we've both come to adore and he erupts with laughter.

"It's so nice seeing you like that." His smile is so bright that you can even hear it in the tone of his voice.

"Shirtless dancing in your living room?" I laugh, slouching down next to him.

"No, so.. passionate. You become a whole different person. You were practically radiating light right then." He wraps his arm around my shoulders and pulls me closer to him.

"I love dancing more than anything in this world. I've always dreamed about dancing. My dad and I would spend hours upon hours dancing on the beach, he was always my biggest supporter. I didn't want to leave him back in Hawaii but I knew that coming to New York was the best decision for me and my future." I sigh, intertwining my legs with his as I speak. I miss my dad so much and while we talk on the phone often the ache just doesn't fade away. When he told me he couldn't come to my wedding because of his health I cried for practically two weeks straight. I want to visit but I feel in my heart I don't think I'd be able to leave him again.

"What happened to your mum? Is that too personal?" He asks genuinely.

"I don't completely know. She was never around growing up and I never had it in me to ask. My dad was all I ever needed so I don't really mind. He says I look like her but other than that there's not much else that I know." I shrug. It's strange to everyone I've ever told but it's all I've ever known.
