Mundane Occupation: Owns a bakery/cafe called "Le Petit Feu" with very strange hours.
Downworlder Occupation: Doctor for those who need it.

Note: As of the end of the previous book, both of Varian's hands has two black lines (like an equal sign). Each line is half an inch wide, and space a half an inch apart.
