Behind the school stood Nate, Jaden, and Derek all cleaned up after practice. Soon Marina came walking up from behind them dragging her bag across the ground.
"Soooo." Her voice called. Jaden and Nate rollered their eyes while Derek glared at her.
"What do you want now? You wanna pry our life stories out now too?" Derek asked moving into her face.
"Baby, it wasn't like tha-" Jaden cut her off.
"What was it like then Mar? Huh?" Jaden asked coming up also.
"Be honest, you have fucking problems. You had no right making her uncomfortable. You had no right making her feel small." Nathan said coming towards her.
"You had no business doing her like that." Derek told her.
"At all. What was it for?" Nate agreed.
"What was it for huh? Is this some kind of game? You always run new people away and where the hell can she go? She can't go home. This is all she has, Marina. Have some fucking sympathy and class. She finally got away from all that shit and you make her relive it." Jaden ranted.
"I-I didn't know. I just wanted to know why. I'm sorry. I just got a vibe I didn't like from her and I took things too far." Marina whispered.
Pulling out her phone she showed them Mila's Instagram.
"What are you about to do now?" Nate sighed rubbing his hand across his face.
"I found out what everyone looked like. I, like many other people when someone knew comes along, decided to see what else Ms. Mila has going on."
