Part 1.

What Are Subliminal Messages?

   I'm Lawliet, and I'll be explaining that to you if you don't already know what they are. If you do already know, and just want to know more, take a look back at the guide, and look at which part you want to learn about.

   Subliminals, are videos you can find on sites (and/or) apps, like YouTube. They put little affirmations behind music or sound that make their way into your subconscious mind and change your reality to what is said. It could be a physical or mental change, or both. The subconscious mind is one of the worlds greatest weapons, and once that was learned it was used as an advantage. As overwhelming as it may sound to some, you have the power to bend your current reality.

   If you don't exactly believe what I'm saying right now- well, that might be a problem. Subliminals partly rely on your belief to work. Though plenty of people have had visible results.

  You can find subliminal results on almost all social media platforms, and when I say all, I mean all.

  Though subliminals require a few things from you. You need to be positive, you need to believe they work, you need to take care of yourself, and you need to not obsess over your results. (I go more in depth about this in Part 5.)

  Subliminals are something you also need to be extremely careful with. Before watching a subliminal, read the description, look at the likes, and most importantly- Please, please, please, look at the comments. See if anyone has commented about results, see if anyone has been effected negatively, and don't randomly watch without checking these things. It's really easy to slip some dangerous affirmations into subliminals. But please, if your making subliminals don't put negative affirmations in them, it can ruin lives- and in the wrong hands can completely destroy everything for someone.
