'An author is nothing, if not for it's readers.'

ASSALAMUALAIKUM WA REHMATULLAHI WA BARAKATUHU, dear readers🤗❤️

In the name of Allah, the most Gracious and the most Merciful. All praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). Peace and blessings be upon His messenger, Muhammed (SAW).

First of all, I would like to give due thanks to Allah SWT for helping me complete this book. Since the main reason for writing it was to seek HIS pleasure and draw closer to him.

Secondly, A MILLION THANKS to all my readers. Every single one of you; who embarked on this journey with me of Her Vocation. I wouldn't have gotten this far without your support. Lots of love. Stay blessed you all❤️

May Allah help each and everyone of us to correct ourselves in the way which helps us earn HIS pleasure. Ameen.

Now coming onto my journey of writing this book.

I first wrote this story almost 6 years ago but gave up midway and deleted it right after entering college. I didn't start writing again until now.

• The original story, which I wrote, differed greatly in plot and ending from this one.

• In the original story, Captain Hadi was the main lead and Aasiya was meant to end up with him. (For those, who were cheering him on 🙊Maazrat_apologies)
P.S. He was Major then, not captain. LOL (I found out later that Majors are a lot older😆)

• And—I didn't plan to kill Navi. Honestly!😂🙈 Halfway into the story, I realised that Navi will die😭😭 Sed. I cried just thinking of his death so many times🥺 (dramatic much—but no lies😢)
For those of you who were cheering him on; sincere apologies🙇🏻‍♀️ Despite all his flaws he is always going to be my most favourite character alongside Rayyan (from my work, THE WRONG WEDDING) <adds subtle promotion>😂❤️

• *Ahem* Anywho, I should also apologise to everyone who wished for Navi and Aasiya to be together. It just wasn't meant to be. At all. This book is more than anything, about LOVE OF ALLAH. And I do dare to hope that both Navi and Aasiya fared well in that regard. Their journey from doubt to faith was the most crucial aspect of this book.

• Also, I should confess that I myself didn't know half of the time how the story would progress. I would think of a plot but after writing it down, it would Alhumdulillah turn out to be much better than my original plan. (Lol. Amateur writer here guys, please bear with me)🙈

•One thing that I would like to add, is that there are a lot of lessons to be learned from this story. But one most important lesson from Aasiya's journey, can be noted. Which is,
"You might have everything and anything that this dunya could offer, but it wouldn't be enough to make up for your missing link with Allah SWT. And like Aasiya, if you manage to discover and hold fast onto that bond, then it doesn't matter if you've no one or nothing; you will still be the richest and happiest person alive."

• In the end, I would like to say that Alhumdulillah, I very much appreciate every single one of my readers; who read, voted and commented on my story and helped me reach the end. I am grateful to everyone's support and it was a pleasure embarking on this beautiful journey with you all.

JazakAllah khair❤️❤️
