Kia stood there in the middle of the forest looking all lost and confused. His father had told him to wait here for him. He had to go to the store real quick and he will be right back to get him.

Kia knew that was a lie. He was never going to come back for him. He never even loved him at all. Ever since his mother died he was never treated right. His grandparents raised him until he was 5 years old.

They soon lift him all alone with a man that didn't even love him. They are in the ground just like his mother and soon he will be in there as well. He never will know what it's like to have someone that loved him for him.

"Kia are you awake yet?" Keith said as he poked his head into his son's room. He saw that his light was off and he was still lying there sleeping so soundly.

Keith gave a small smile and tuned on the lights. "Kia its time to get up. You'll be late if you sleep any longer." Keith said in a soft voice.

Kia let out a little yawn and sat up showing off his Levi hoodie that he slept in last night. Levi was his favorite character from AOT.

"Hurry up and get dressed. You'll have to catch a ride with your brother. His friend should allow you to eat your breakfast in the car if you ask him." Keith then lift the room to wake his husband up.

Lance was a teacher at kai school and could never wake up on time to get to his damn job.

Kai walked over to his closet to see what was in there that he could wear today at school. He didn't really feel like changing so he grabbed a pair of black jeans and keep the hoodie that he was sleeping in on. He didn't even bother to do his hair. What was the point in even doing that if it was just going to get dirty again.

When kai was done getting ready for school he walked downstairs and saw that his brother and friend was there waiting for him.

"About damn time you showed up! Come on before you be late. Here's your breakfast." Sebastian handed him his favorite pancakes and started to walk to the car.

"Don't worry about him. He's just mad at his girlfriend at the moment." His friend told him. "I'm Asahi by the way. What's yours?" He asked holding out his hand.

Kai felt his heart began to beating faster and faster inside his body. His face turning a light shade of red. He has never felt this feeling before. This was new to him.

He took out his phone quickly and typed out so he could communicate with him.

"I'm kai I don't talk that much but I mainly use sign language."

"Ah well luckily for you I know how to speak sign language. If you can talk how come you use sign language?" Asahi asked him.

Kai was about to type something else when they suddenly heard a loud hunk coming from outside. That was Sebastian probably telling them to hurry up and get in the car.

"We should get going. Sorry for keeping you here this long." Asahi told him as he grabbed both there bags and began to walk outside the house.

Kai followed behind him feeling his face go red. He really should have done something with his hair today.

Once they arrived to school kai went to find his best friend Nico immediately to tell him what happened his morning.

Nico was already in the classroom on his phone probably listening to music or on instagram.

He walked over to the blonde haired boy and hugged him from behind.

"Hi kai you came late with meeting me today. I had to walk alone to school ya know."

"Sorry about that but I have something to tell you first. This all happened this morning. Do you mind scolding me later?" Kai signed to him.

"Ugh fine this better be good then."

"Ok so like I woke up late this morning and my brother friend took me to school. The funny thing is my heart started pounding in my chest and I felt my face turn red. Is this normal?" Kai asked him moving his head to the side. That was a habit of his that will never stop and it's honestly adorable.

"My guy I think that you're in love with your brother friend." Nico said giving him a smirk.

"That's not possible. I have a girlfriend and I love her. Plus I'm straight."

"Are you sure that you're straight. From what I remember when we were kids to were never into anybody not even that so called girlfriend of yours."

Kai kept silent cause he knew that his friend had a point. He sat down in his seat and saw that there was a peace of paper under your desk. It looked like it was for him but he didn't know who did it and he also didn't want to read it. He knew what was on it anyways.

It was probably some kids making fun of him like they always do. Kids at school would always mock him and call him names just because he didn't talk and he preferred to us his hands to communicate.

Nico was the only nice person to him at this school and was always there for him when he was feeling down. He also don't make fun of him and will sometimes try to get him to talk a little bit more with putting too much pressure on him.

Just as kai was having his thoughts a loud bang could be heard on his desk. He saw a pink handbag with the name ruby on it. He knew it was his girlfriend and it seemed like she was in a bad mood today.

"Why didn't you answer my calls last night? I wanted to talk to my fucking boyfriend you know." She said so loudly that the people in the room had to turn around to see what was up.

"Sorry but I really can't talk on the phone every time-" he started to say but was cut off with Ruby rolling her eyes and tapping her foot on the ground very angrily.

"Will you stop doing that with your fucking hands! You can fucking talk! I don't even know what the fuck you just said! Do you like making me look like a fucking idiot all the damn time? You can't even stand up for yourself and you're in the fucking 10th grade already. What are you going to do when we graduate and go out into the real world."

The class was laughing at him as she yells at him right there. He start to feel his heart beating in his chest very fast and he felt tears start to form in his eyes. He wanted to go back home with his dad. He knew would feel much safer there.

"Will you stop that Ruby! He was your friend before he became your boyfriend. Why don't you treat him the same way anymore? Is it because he not as hot or have muscles then the Guys here?" Nico said to her going up to her face.

"That's not it at all! I just want him to be like a normal person. I'm trying to help him grow up unlike you who just want to baby him around all the time!"

"I don't fucking baby him bitch! I let him be himself and it takes time. You know about his past Ruby!"

"Oh shut up he's in jail now! He can't fucking hurt him."

Kai started breathing very hard now. He wanted to leave and cry alone. He grabbed Nico sleeve tugging it to get his attention. Nico turned and saw the condition his friend was in. Nico took out his car keys and handed it to him.

"Text me if you need me to go with you." Nico told him.

"Oh and you say you don't baby."

Nico then ran out of there. He could here the kids laughing at him as he runs outside into the hallways to get to Nico's car. He needed to text his dad and fast. He don't think he could survive the day at school today.

He took out his phone and texted Keith to come get him and that it was a code blue. Keith gave him a list of colors to let him know if he's close to a panic attack or not.

He knew Keith saw the text cause he sent him a quick reply and told him he'll be there as fast as he could.

Kai felt sad that he had to get off of work early just for him but Keith would always tell him that it's ok cause he's his son now and he will do anything for him.

A/N wow this took a long as time to write but it's whatever.
