3rd POV:

He turns his body, letting Richie face the audience and whispers one last goodbye, "ni, ni.." before his eyes droops shut. Albeit, Eddie is glad he has such supportive friends, he is glad Richie doesn't hear, "oh sweet jesus, he just said nigh nigh-" the rest of it gets cut off from his hearing as he carries Richie back to bed, tucking him in and kisses his forehead goodnight.

----

Though, Eddie would've been very pleased to have heard their little discussion slash pact they made during the two minute and a half time slot they had when Eddie was getting Richie to go "ni ni".

"So.." Mike addresses the group and notably breaks the silence that lasted for 15 seconds after the two were not present to hear. Stan cracks shortly after,

"Holy mother of fucking christ- what just happened?" Which is when Ben chimed in,

"I think the greatest study sesh of our lives-" That Bill instantly corrects as,

"No, the g-greatest day of o-our lives!"

Which left Bev scrambling. Her first thought was 'I will legitimately burn an entire building down for that boy, and I would've done that for regular Richie anyways, who's telling what I might do for toddler Richie??' then to her next thought, which was immediately said out loud,

"We need to do everything in our power to meet toddler Richie. Who's with me?" She declares.

She hears a cluster of agreeing noises, but of course, Stanley is one to be skeptical.

"What do you mean, though? Remember Eddie saying he doesn't regress very often and it's hard for him to even regress voluntarily, and it's not like we could just walk to him, demanding to act like a four year old-" Stan could go on listing reasons upon reasons why this is a bad idea but Beverly interrupts him.

"Okay yes, I get what you're saying, but what I mean is that whenever there is- even the smallest chance, of Richie suddenly~ a four year old, we will drop everything we're doing at that moment to indulge in the little time we have with Richie's little time." Wiggling her eyebrows, she states with complete confidence, yet still not really knowing what she's doing.
