Ok so I wanted to make everyone happy and I love y'all so I upload this early. So here you go:)

Sams POV
I saw my baby boy passed out on the floor by our bed. I quickly rushed up to him and tried to wake him up.
S- baby baby no no no honey
I gently slapped his face a little to try and wake him up. Then he let out a small groan.
C- dada
S- omg baby are you okay
C- what happened
S- you fainted baby do you still have a fever
I put my hand up to his forehead. He felt even more hot.
S- baby your still burning up and your getting really pale honey
I picked him up and laid him on our bed.
S- do you still feel dizzy baby
C- a little bit
S- I think we need to go to the ER
C- no daddy I'm scared
S- honey we need to see why you fainted and your still sick and we need to see what's going on honey. It's okay baby I'll be right next to you the whole time
C- oki dada
I picked Colby up and went to the car. I grabbed my keys and drove to the hospital as fast as I could.
We arrived and it took like 2 minutes to get there. I ran two stop sighs trying to get here fast.
I picked Colby up and I went to the front desk.
D- hi what can I do for you
S- yeah so my baby has gotten really sick (if you ask he doesn't have corona😂) and he passed out today
D- ok can you fill this out and a doctor will be with you shortly
The doctor handed me a clipboard that I had to fill information about Colby. I went to go sit down to fill this out because I knew everything about Colby. Colby was laying his head on my shoulder as I filled this out.
Then I went to go hand it back to the person at the front desk.
I went back to Colby. I picked him up and sat him on my lap. His head was buried in the crook of my neck. I felt the heat coming from him.
I just put my hand up to his head as he was shaking and I was rocking him back and froth.
C- daddy my head hurts
S- I know baby the doctor will come here soon and we will soon know what's wrong
C- okie dada
S- I love you baby boy
C- I love you too daddy
A few more minutes later the doctor called us back.
D- so what seems to be the problem
S- well Colby has been running a really high fever and he passed out today
D- ok well I'm going to run a few tests and see what's going on
S- thank you
The doctor took Colby's temperature and had to run a few more tests.
We had to wait in the room for a bit before the doctor came back. I was holding him and trying to make him feel better.
I ran my fingers through his hair as he was shivering and laying his head on my chest.
I laid my hand on his forehead and cheeks and ran my fingers on his back. (Idk about you but my mom used to always do that so I just included it in the story)
He was burning up like crazy.
S- baby you doing okay
Colby shook his head
S- awe baby daddy's going to make you all better okay I promise honey
C- oki dada
Then the doctor came back.
D- so what seems to be what's wrong is he caught the flu and the reason from which he fainted was dehydration. So I have some medicine for Colby to take each night and I advise drinking a lot of water and what helps is putting a cold damp cloth over his forehead to try and get his fever to go down.
S- yeah I have been taking a cold cloth and running it under really cold water and putting it on his head. Thank you so much. I'll make sure he takes his medicine and everything.
