|Sidearms' POV|

"Okay, I'll wait until I can see him", I said to the nurse after she had said that only Shadow's family could see him.

"It'll be in a couple of hours, we have to see his parents first. Go get yourself something to eat and relax a bit. By the time you get back, you'll be able to see him", she said, smiling politely.

I sighed. "Thank you." I walked out of the hospital to Speedy's car and called G.

"Hello?", a voice questionned. A voice that wasn't G18's.

"Eum, is G18 there?" I suddenly got nervous. I don't have any ideas who the voice belongs to.

"He's in therapy at the moment. May I ask who am I speaking to?", asked the voice.

"I'm, eum, I-I'm Albi, G18's boyfriend." I mentally facepalmed myself for stuttering.

"Ah, I see. The boy that G is so head over heels for! I'm his aunt, Tatty", said the voice that I now know the name of. "I bet he's got you wrap around his fingers. I know you have him."

I smiled. "He does, ma'am. He definitively does."

"I'm glad to hear that. How about you come over to G's tonight for dinner and a proper introduction?"

"I would love to. What time?"

"About 6. I'll tell G18 to call you when we get back to his house."

"Thank you ma'am."

"Don't be so formal, Albi. Call me Tatty."

"Okay. Bye Tatty, and I'll see you at dinner."

"See you then, Albi", she said and hung up.

I guess I need to call Maria then, I thought to myself. I dialed her number and hit the call button.

"How's Shadow?", Maria questionned.

I sighed. "I wasn't allowed to see him."

"Is he that bad?", she asked. I could tell she was worried.

"No, but since he is underage, they only allow family to see him."

"Come home then and I'll fix you some lunch, then we'll go see him together."

"Okay. Be there soon", I sighed, ending the call before starting the car and backing out of the parking lot.

|Maria's POV|

"Speedy, stop", I said, laughing. "I'm trying to cook."

"And I'm trying to be a loving boyfriend", he said and went back to doing what he was doing before, which was kissing my neck.

"Well, here, loving boyfriend. Try this", I said, shoving a bowtie noodle in his mouth.

"Can you answer that?", I said as my phone started to ring.

"Of course", Speedy said as he gave me a quick kiss and left to answer my phone.

"He's such an idiot, but I love him", I mumbled to myself.

A few minutes later, Speedy came back. "We have to go to the hospital."

"What do you mean? My cooking is not that bad!", I laughed before turning around to see his concerned face. "Speedy?"

"Sonia called. Albi was in a wreck. I already called my mom and she said she'll be here in a few. Get your shoes on."

"No! Speedy don't lie to me!", I cried out.
