How are you guys liking the story?

"Don't miss me too much," Maren joked, wrapping her arms around me. I laughed, hugging her back tightly.

"Same goes for you."

"Bye, Ash!!" Tiny exclaimed. It wasn't as bad as last year, not nearly, because now he had a true best friend, that really understood him, more than I ever could.

"Bye, Tiny, bye, Noah!"

"Ready?" Ron said, his face in a grin.

"Always." With one last wave to everyone, I followed Ron outside, glancing around for a car or bus. "How're we getting-"
"You'll see," Ron gulped, as if it was something dreadful.

"There you are, dear!" Mrs. Weasley bustled over from where she stood with Prissy. "Have you got everything? All your books and robes and such?"

"Yes, Mrs. Weasley," I said gratefully as she wrapped me in a hug, her multicolored knit sweater caressing my arm- it was softer than it looked. "Thank you for letting me stay, I'm really excited."

"Oh, it's no trouble at all," she said fondly. "And please, call me Molly."

I shouldered my broomstick and looked around again.

"How're we-"

"We're apprating," Mrs. Weasley responded, linking arms with Ron, whose face looked green.

"Appa-what?"

"Just hold on tightly to my arm, dear." I linked my arm into hers and clutched my trunk, and she turned on the spot.

Suddenly, I was hit full in the face with a feeling like I was being squeezed. My entire body felt like it was being pulled like putty and then we hit the ground with a thump.

I rocked back on my heels a little, but managed to stay upright while Ron toppled over and landed on the grass.

"Welcome to the Burrow," Mrs. Weasley said, immediately grabbing my trunk and broomstick and going inside.

The house was extremely tall, and looked as if it was being held together by magic. There were several chimneys and a fence that contains chickens and pigs surrounding the cozy-looking home.

"Wow," I breathed, and Ron's ears turned pink.

"Arthur will be home later tonight," Mrs. Weasley said, lifting my trunk up by magic and directing it towards an open window. "You'll be staying in Ginny's room." Ron stifled a laugh.

"What?"

"I'm just imagining what's going to happen when we get Harry," he whispered so as to not let his mother hear. "Ginny's been talking about him all summer." We followed in Mrs. Weasley's footsteps, pausing occasionally so Ron could tell me a story about the different animals and things decorating the outside of the Burrow.

"Welcome to our humble abode," A familiar voice greeted me.

"Do you have the list?"

With a laugh, I dug the piece of paper Maren and I had worked on for over a month and handed it to the ever-eager twins, who scanned it hungrily.

"Excellent," Fred beamed. (Last year I had made a point to distinguish Fred from George. Fred was a bit taller and had more freckles on his forehead, while George had more on his nose.)

"What's the commotion?" Percy bustled down the stairs, swinging his head around until his gaze rested on me. "Oh, hello, Ashlynn."

"Hello," I said, trying not to burst out laughing at George and Fred's imitations of their brother, which thankfully, Percy didn't see. He disappeared quickly, ducking his head back out of sight.
