A third family member on the way

"The last time this happened,Amira was chirping around but now look at her.all shy and what not"I teased and she shook her head smiling
While we burst into laughs

"Talking about all shy and what not,Firdaus we just saw your stomach growing
Didn't know you have progress that well in your relationship"Halima said after giving Fridaus a nudge on her shoulder

"Let her be,no one can come between a husband and wife"Amira said coming to her rescue

"We grew fast girls,all settled before twenty-two
Who would have thought"Halima said thoughtfully after taking a bite of the chicken

"Alhamdulilah"we said in unison,smiling happily

Don't know about happily ever after
But this is a moment we can't forget
Through thick and thin we stood by each other
We sure grew fast

We brought Amira to her husband's house,who is also my brother
They tied the knot,also the same day with Jamal and Hannah
We had a double wedding
God bless Mama,she did all the duties of a mother if I am not mistaken I noticed the grooms get teary at one point of the events
Yes my two brothers are now married

Remaining Kamal,I just don't know what he wants.he is always distant
anyways he got a scholarship for masters in United Kingdom,which is also his dream country.he will be leaving in two days time

Aah rejected the offer to stay in Abuja once again
She said it reminds her of Ammamih and she loves her farm,ofcourse why wouldn't she?my grandmother was the richest farmer in our village.

Suddenly a knock on the door brought me out of my thoughts
Salim was here!

"Finally!i was craving cupcakes"Firdaus said stretching her legs

Halima got up and opened the door,while we assembled by her side

"Hmmmm,our little sisters and trouble"Mansur teased and I rolled my eyes

"Don't do the talking,we got you covered.ladies let's settle it outside"Habib,his friend who is also a chef
And we smiled sheepishly

"Hmmm,we are not small girls you used to trick"I protested and the girls nod in agreement

"Your husbands are waiting for you downstairs anyways"Salim said and he sounded annoyed
To avoid banters we agreed and they started walking out one by one while Salim walked in happily but I couldn't

"Okay mama,thank you so much"I said before mama hung up
She was explaining the get together that will take place after two weeks

Turning around I found Numan standing by the door looking all tired

"Welcome home"I called getting up to collect his white coat

"Thank you,I will change before you go to the neighbors"he said handing it over to me

He hurried to our room to freshen up while I took it to the laundry bag
Seems like I have washing to do the next morning

I was sitting on sofa watching my favorite zeetv serial when he came in some minutes later.his perfume hitting my nostrils and I was smiling the moment he sat next to me

"You didn't give me one of those kisses—"I didn't let him finish before placing my lips on his,kissing him tenderly
I could feel his smile before I pull away thinking of time

the moment we got to our neighbors they welcomed us wholeheartedly
Numan and Yasir started discussing football while Halima and I were in the kitchen getting the things ready

Well Untill Halima started feeling nauseous and she rushed to the guest toilet

"Who was it ?"the two men rushed in excitement

The moment they found me outside they knew I wasn't the one
Yasir rushed to Halima rubbing her back while we excused them.
