i ran downstairs on christmas mornign with the excitement of a 5 year old even though im 17. half way through opening all of my presents i heard a scream from my 12 year old sister. i looked up and she was holding a piece of paper.
"what is it?!" i said
"EMILY, MOM BOUGHT ME AND YOU TICKETS TO MAGCON ITS NEXT WEEKEND" she screamed
i was confused, why did she sign me up to take my sister to magcon. i loved my sister amanda, but she was alittle crazy about these magcon boys. i didnt really know much about them, i had seen pictures and a few of them were cute but my sister was crazy.
later that day when i asked my mom about the tickets she said "your sister loves you and it will be a great chance for you and her to bond" ugh bond? really?
--skip to day before magcon--
i was listening to music when my mom came in my room.
"honey i know you arent thrilled about the tickets so i have a surprise for you"
"what is it?!?!" i nearly jumped out of my bed
"alex and claire are also going to magcon" she cheered
alex was my best friend and alex's sister was claire aka my sisters best friend.
"OMG NO WAY THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU" i was so relieved that i wouldnt have to be alone
