-imagine you and Ethan broke up and after you found out you were pregnant and you had a child. One day you were shopping and ran into Ethan-

~~~Your POV~~~

I put Ryatt in shopping cart and gave her the toy she had brought from home. I normally have my mom to watch her but she was working so I had to bring Ryatt with me this time.

"Mama cookie cookie!" The two year old yelled as we passed by the Oreos in the aisle.

"No sweetheart we didn't come here for cookies okay?" I said calming looking for the thing I needed in the aisle.

"Mommy!" Ryatt yelled louder pointing to the cookies.

"Ryatt I said no please don't cause a scene." I said a little less calm.

"Y/n?" I heard a familiar voice ask.

I turned to see the face I loved and had missed for two years.

"E-Ethan?" I said happily.

We both hugged and smiled widely.

"Hey how are you?" I said with a smile.

"I'm good. You?" He returned the question.

"I'm good." I replied.

"Who is this?" Ethan asked.

"Oh this is Ryatt. Well uh she is your daughter." I said quietly twirling Ryatt's brown hair.

"W-what?" Ethan asked with shock written all over his face.

"I know I should've told you but I was heartbroken from the break up and I never wanted to talk to you again at the time." I explained as Ryatt reached for the Oreos again quietly.

"I-it's okay I'm just shocked that we didn't know when we were dating." Ethan said smiling at Ryatt.

"Well I don't either. Most of my pregnancy I was never sick so I noticed when I started to get a belly and we had just broken up so I didn't want to bother you with that." I explained picking up Ryatt out of the cart.

"I understand. C-can I hold her?" He asked smiling.

"Yeah you can." I replied passing Ryatt over to Ethan.

"Hi!" Ryatt said happily to Ethan who was just all smiles at this point.

"Hi!" He replied waving.

"Ryatt sweetheart this is your daddy." I said pointing to Ethan.

"Dada?" Ryatt asks pointing to Ethan.

"Yeah baby."

"Dada!" She said hugging Ethan's neck.

I could see the happiness in Ethan's face when she hugged him and I could tell he was so excited.

"E why don't you come back to my apartment and we can talk." I said with a small smile.

"Yeah that sounds great." Ethan said.

We left the store and Ethan followed us home. I'm glad that we found each other again maybe we can start over.
