Mrs Oberoi : How is your work going, Abhimanyu ?
Abhimanyu : I have a business trip two days later.
Mrs Oberoi ( sadly ) : It means you're not staying with us this time.
Abhimanyu : Haha! Don't worry Mrs Oberoi. I'll stay for a long time when I come next time.
Mrs Oberoi : What about you, Maya ? You don't look too well.
Maya : I just need sleep, Mrs Oberoi. I've been working on a new case so that's why I haven't slept for days.
Anurag ( curiously ) : Is it complicated?
Maya : It's a murder mystery. The killer left dandelions (flower) on all the sites. The department thought it was a serial killer but we are not sure yet. We are still investigating if it's related to any illegal activity.
Anurag ( surprised ) : Woah ! Thats a lot to process. Your profession is pretty interesting.
Maya : Your thoughts will change once you get into this field. It's tiring but interesting. Some cases are traumatising too.
Mrs Oberoi : You are so hard-working, my child. Why didn't you rest after the flight?Rest well tonight.
Maya ( smiled ) : Sure aunty! Also, no way am I going to miss the highlights of Shivaye 's life.
Shivaye ( laughed ) : Is my life a movie ?
Abhimanyu ( chuckled ) : Yes, it's a romantic one because you have Anika now.
Anurag ( suddenly ) : Who ate the last chicken wing ?
Abhimanyu smacked Anurag's head.
Anurag : Oww ! What was that for ?
Abhimanyu : For your wrong timing.
And the rest of the lunch went with them happily catching up with each other.
....
Abhimanyu : We should have a movie night tonight. What do you all say ?
Shivaye : Good idea !
Maya : We should watch a horror movie.
Anurag : I want to watch too.
Abhimanyu : Are you sure you won't pee in your pants ?
Anurag : I'm not a kid.
Abhimanyu ( laughed ) : You are just like a kid for us.
During the movie,
Everyone's eyes were glued to the screen as the scariest part of the movie came up. Anika was tightly holding onto Shivaye 's biceps unconsciously which made his heart flutter by the gesture. He encircled his arms around her protectively. For a moment, they got lost in each other's embrace. Suddenly, a person covered in a complete white cloth came in front of them.
Anurag ( shrieked ) : Ahhhhhhhhh !!!!! Ghost !!!!!
Abhimanyu (removed the cloth) : It's me.
Maya : It's not a ghost, Anurag. It's Abhimanyu . Calm down!
Anurag clinged onto Maya because he was scared.
Shivaye ( half scared ) : When did you leave the room and why are you covered in that ?
Abhimanyu : You all were so engrossed in the movie and didn't realise that we ran out of popcorn so I went to get it. I was scared so I took the blanket along with me.
Anurag (terrified): You scared us !
Maya ( looked at her watch ) : It's quite late. I think we should go to bed.
Shivaye : It's quite late, Anika. Stay here for the night. I'll inform uncle.
Maya : Yes , I can share the guest room with Anika.
Abhimanyu : Where am I going to sleep ?
Shivaye : With me.
Late at night,
Shivaye : Remove your legs off me, Abhimanyu . Your legs are quite heavy.
Abhimanyu ( sleepy ) : Mhmm…
Shivaye : Abhimanyu …your legs…
