Chapter 1: Old Times

Alright everyone and WELCOME! This story is going to be a little weird in terms of how everything is written so just bare with me here while I explain. Firstly, I'm going to run with the OLD RULES of Potara. For those of you who don't know, the Potara earrings used to work like this, once you fused, you stayed fused forever. Alright, so with that out of the way the second thing I need to clarify is that the reader will be an Earthling from Universe 6 that lives on Planet Sadala. Yes, I know it's weird but I'll get into more detail about that later. For now, I hope everyone is staying safe and you all enjoy.

Kefla's POV

Three months huh? It certainly hasn't felt that long since Caulifla and Kale fused at the Tournament of Power into what we are now. This would be way tougher on me, if I didn't have one person looking out for me.

"Hey Kefla, I thought I might find you out here." A voice called out from above me, I glanced up and saw the person just on my mind.

"Hey Y/n, how'd you know I'd be out here?" I asked and then gazed out at the sun setting on Sadala.

"Well, you used to come here all the time to think." He replied, sitting next to me and I looked over at him.

"What do you mean? This is the first time I've been out here." I said and hugged my legs.

"As Kefla maybe, but Caulifla used to come here all the time." He said and put a hand on my shoulder.

He wasn't wrong, in fact Caulifla found him not far from her base before Cabba ever showed up to ask us to join his group of fighters for that stupid tournament. I'll be honest, I have some regrets about joining. I wish I Champa would stop hiding from me all the time and pay for what he did to me!!

Flash Back

"Now Caulifla, Kale. Take these two earrings but don't put them on. They'll be your secret weapon only to be used as a last resort during to tournament." Champa said.

Caulifla reached out and took one and seemed confused. "What this silly thing? It seems kinda weird." She said and tired to put it on

"Didn't you hear what I just told you?! Don't put it on!" Champa yelled and Caulifla tiled her head back and made a disgusted face.

"Whatever, here Cabba you can take it since we obviously won't need it." Caulifla said confidently.

Flash Back End

Thanks for the warning that we stay fused after using those stupid earrings! God I wish I could five minutes alone with that fat, lazy cat! I was so lost in thought I didn't notice my gaze had turned to a glare and my grip on my legs tightened.

"Umm, Kefla, are you okay?" I heard and glanced up and looked over at Y/n.

"Yeah, I'm fine...I guess I'm still pissed at Champa." I replied and punched the ground, causing a small crater. I do miss the times when Caulifla and Kale were separate, back then we could at least tease Y/n...the three of us always got into some kinda trouble.

Time Skip: Back Four Months

Caulifla's POV

Me and Kale were just walking around Sadala, looking for something fun to do. But suddenly, we both became attracted towards a certain area of the planet and neither one of us knew why.

"You're feeling the same thing too, right Kale?" I asked and she nodded at me in reply, she was always shy.

"Y-yeah, I do sis. I wonder what's causing us to be drawn to this place." She said shyly and quietly.

As we began getting closer to whatever it is we were getting close to, we felt the ground shake and a loud explosion in the distance.

"W-woah, what was that sis?" Kale asked and glanced over at me.

I shrugged slightly. "I dunno Kale, but lets go find out!"

Kale nodded and we both kept walking until we found the source of the explosion. There was a large crater and at the center of it, a guy slowly began to stand up and dusted some dirt off his shoulder. "Woah."

The stranger looked back at us and glared slightly. "If you two are here to cause trouble, then we're going to obviously have a problem."

"Nahhh, we're not here for trouble. But trouble usually catches up with me." I said and laughed. "Truth be told, Kale and I kinda were attracted to this area for some reason."

"I see, I assume the one next to you is Kale?" The stranger asked and I nodded slightly. "Yep, and my name's Caulifla."

"Caulifla and Kale, well since you two traveled all this way, would you like to come to my place for a drink?" He asked and I shrugged and nodded and we all began heading to his place. It was a decent sized place, nothing compared to my hideout though.

"Nice place, but why in the middle of nowhere?" I asked and tilted my head slightly with my hands on my hips.

"Well, I'm not exactly from this planet.I fled my planet years ago after it became uninhabitable due to years of war and destruction." He replied and for once, I couldn't reply.

"S-so, you're the last one?" Kale asked and the stranger nodded slightly. "Yes, I am the last of my kind."

"Annnd, what kind is that?" I asked which got an elbow from Kale and I rubbed my side and she was giving me that be sensitive look.

"Well, lets start with my name. My name is Y/n, I am the last of the earthlings." Y/n said and I eyed him up and down. If he's the last of these so called earthlings, are they all this buff? I mean, he looks as strong as some of the Saiyans here on Sadala.

"Soo question, what cause that huge explosion we heard earlier?" I asked as we walked into his house and he shut the door behind us.

"Oh, that was me training. Being on this planet has allowed me to do things I never thought possible, like fine and shoot beams of energy." Y/n replied and Kale stared at him with a slightly shocked expression. "What? I had to in order do something in order to survive. Your planet is way tougher then mine."

I laughed and nudged Y/n and then playfully punched his shoulder and he took it quiet well. "You and I are gonna get a long just fine. It'll be nice to have a...fine guy like you around." I said and smirked with a wink. Of course I was referring to training, but he didn't need to know that. It's more fun that way.

Time Skip: Forward Four Months

Kefla's POV

After that, the three of us spent almost every day together. It was nice, Caulifla got some action and training in. Heck, even Kale joined in every once in awhile. And as for Kale, she had someone other than Caulifla to talk and open up to. But now...those times are no more. "Y/n...those old days are gone, yet I'll still remember them."

Y/n glanced at me and smiled a bit. "Hey, the last I may have saw of Caulifla and Kale might be the tournament, but you're still here and that's just as good because you make them both up. You're the best of both girls."

I couldn't help but smile a bit at that, Y/n always found a away to cheer either one of us up when we weren't fused like we are now. "Thank you so much Y/n, that really means a lot to me."

"Hey, it's my pleasure. Now come on, lets head back to base so you can get some rest. You still have some adjusting to do." He said and I nodded and he helped me up. As we both began walking back to my base, I kept think about what Y/n said and he was right, I have a lot of adjusting to do. But at least I have him to help guide me through this, not that I need him. But it's nice to have a friend around.
