Warning suicide trigger ahead

Noya [POV] 
Asahi tossed and turned in his sleep and I woke up because of it. It was around 3 AM. I groaned sitting up slowly 

"Asahi stop moving...," I grumbled but he didn't respond. Was he having a nightmare again?  Asahi screamed sitting up quickly panting heavily "Asahi what's wrong?" I asked Asahi buried his face in his hands his shoulders trembling 

"What happened?" Daichi asked coming into the room Suga trailing behind him  

"Asahi are you okay?" I asked scooting over to him on my knees 

"I can't...., take this anymore....," He sobbed quietly 

"What?" I asked 

"I heard someone scream is everything alright?" Kageyama asked opening the door that connected our two rooms. 

"It's just a nightmare" Asahi mumbled to himself "Just a nightmare" Asahi threw off the covers standing up

"Asahi where are you going?" Suga asked Asahi didn't reply but went over to the window throwing it open. I figured he was getting some fresh air or something and my body moved for me when he stepped up on the windowsill 

"ASAHI" I exclaimed jumping up 

"Asahi what are you doing?" Suga exclaimed I tugged on the back of his shirt pulling him back into the room 

"Asahi what happened?" Daichi asked quickly 

(Trigger warning ends here) 

"Just a nightmare" Asahi repeated 

"What happened?" I asked, we were on the fifth floor of the hotel so that would have killed him if he jumped. 

"I don't want to....., talk about it" he mumbled 

"Asahi! You just tried to jump!" I insisted "It might help to talk about it" he dropped his hands to his sides  

"Sorry for waking everyone up.....," Asahi turned around keeping his head down climbing back onto the couch 

"Are you sure you're okay Asahi?" Suga asked Asahi flinched when he asked that

"Yes" He responded laying back down Daichi and Suga gave him one last concerned look before going back to their bed Kageyama furrowed his eyebrows confusing spinning on his heel going back to his room.   

"Please tell me what's wrong" I begged still sitting up, Asahi hesitated for a moment before he sat up as well turning to me. Tears streamed down his face. He blinked trying to wipe the tears away 

"I just had a nightmare" he insisted 

"Tell me what it was about" I moved my position so I was sitting with my legs crossed in front of me 

"I don't-" 

"I know you don't want to talk about it but it will help...., trust me I know" and so he told me, everything. I didn't know what to say 

"Have you been having nightmares every night?" I asked 

"Yes" he nodded slowly 

"You should have told someone sooner" I insisted "But do you feel better" 

"Yes" He nodded again slowly 

"I'm sure neither Daichi nor Suga would say things like that" I explained 

"I know but it...., felt so real" He looked down at his open palms 

"It was just a dream I promise" I put my hands in his intertwining our fingers "I'll protect you" 

"Are you sure?" He asked nervously 

"I promise" I closed my eyes nodding 

"But what if-" 

"Shh" I stood up going over to my bag grabbing a sharpie that I remembered was in there from the last time I used it. I came back overtaking his left hand drawing a small heart on his left wrist. I kissed his wrist over the heart 

"I promise there'll be no more nightmares" I insisted 

"Thank you Yū" he smiled faintly  

"Let's get back to sleep tomorrow. We'll practice and explore the city" I laid down waiting for him to as well, Asahi kissed me on the forehead before closing his eye. I smiled going back to sleep not even noticing what he did though neither did he. I scooted closer to him and he wrapped his arms around my waist. I fell back asleep in his arms. The rest of the night was uneventful which I was glad for. 

The next morning Asahi had already woken up when I finally did. He was just getting dressed as I rolled over not realizing that I was at the edge of the bed. I cried out in surprise as I landed on the ground with a hard thud. 

"Oww" I groaned  

"Are you okay?" Asahi asked nervously 

"Yeah yeah" I insisted sitting up 

"Nnngh what's going on I heard a thud" Suga mumbled coming into the room rubbing his head. 

I realized that the shirt he was wearing was two sizes too big and black compared to his white shirt from last night. He had no pants on and was only in his boxers. Daichi came out a few moments afterward shirtless and wearing Suga's sweatpants.   

"Noya fell off the bed" Asahi explained slowly 

"Wait....., why'd you guys switch clothes?" I asked 

"What?" Suga looked down at himself his face turning a dark red 

"What no we didn't change clothes" Daichi insisted looking down at himself as well

"I could have sworn that you had" Daichi went back into their room. Asahi knelt down in front of me 

"Can I kiss you?" He asked out of the blue 

"Yes" I responded without hesitation not even knowing my own feelings. He leaned in until our noses were touching but he stopped I opened my eyes slowly. His face was beet red. 

"Asahi?" I asked 

"Yes?" he asked his voice shaking 

"Are you going to kiss me?" I asked 

"Y-Yes" He stammered, I furrowed my eyebrows impatient now. I tilted my head to the side slightly pressing my lips to his. He was taken by surprise at first but kissed back gaining his confidence back. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me into his lap deepening the kiss. 

There was some snickering from behind 

"About time" Suga laughed
