Chapter Fifteen;

"911 whats your emergency?" The first respnder says.

"My daughter .. My daughter .. she's n-n-ot breathing" I hear my mother's voice screaming into the phone.

"Okay mam, hold on I'll send an abulance." The responder responds.

"Mam?" She asks.

"Mam, please state your address" She repeats.

"33 Dover Circle, 33 Dover circle." She answers.

"Mam, are you okay? The ambulance is on its way. Everything will be okay." The responder tries to comfort her.

That alone was the biggest lie someone has ever told my mother. It tops every lie I myself have ever told her. It tops every lie my deadbeat dad ever said. Everything wasn't okay.

My world had become chaos. Pure chaos. As I ran upstairs shouting orders to my best friend to call my mother quickly. I entered my sisters room and for a moment I stood completely still. The sight in front of me causing my heart to wrench, and my stomach to drop. It paralyzed me.

My sisters limpless body lay curled up on the bed. Blood all over her favorite hot pink pajamas from the horrible coughing fit. Her chest wasn't moving up and down, and her skin was become pale as if she were a porcelin doll.

My legs carried me to her bedside as i bent over her checking for any signs of life. Pressing my ear against her chest i hear nothing. I pick up her small arm and feel for a pulse. I get nothing.

"Mom!" I yell desperate for any help. I yell her name as loudly as I could listening as it echoed throughout the house bouncing off walls and windows, answering itself.

At that moment he walked in. His hair ruffled and a bewildered look placed upon his face.

"Please help me" I plead.

He quickly makes his way to me in two strides and bends on his knees checking for a pulse.

"Aleah, Aleah please answer me" I begin to shake.

I hear footsteps echoing up the halls as my mother runs in a phone in her hand. Her voice stammers as she gives our address to the 911 operator.

Ivory is right behind her tears built up in her eyes threatening to spill over.

"Aleah!" I yell trying desperately to reach her hand.

"Get her back" He says sternly as I feel Ivorys hands grab me and pull me away.

"No .. No" I shout jerking away from her but she holds me down effortlessly as all the fight drains from my body.

His hands push down on her chest harshly as he tilts her head back. " Stop your hurting her!" I yell. But to no prevail. He continues to press harshly against her chest trying to restart my sisters heart. At first I hadn't realised this was his goal. But even so, he has to be hurting her. His strong arms pushing down onto her chest with such force.

My mother grips my sisters lifeless hand tightly tears streaming down her face.

The look on my mothers face will never leave me. Her eyes had no trace of hope, ambition, just sorrow.
