chapter 23

~Jeremy point of view~

Damon arrives at the screening and hallucinates, thinking he is seeing Katherine. Tori and I found him and helps him into the Mystic Grill. Inside, I'd call Caroline to tell everyone we are at the Grill. Liz arrives and shoots at Damon, but he rushes off quickly and the bullet was heading towards me.

Suddenly I felt a push and fell to the floor. Tori took the bullet for me. When I saw the wound in her left rid my heart drop.

"Why would you do that?" I ask her.

"Because I wasn't gonna let you die." She replied lying on the floor with her hand on her rid. "She's a human so the ring wouldn't have work, but I heal sooner or later."

Liz is shocked and, at that moment, Caroline arrive. Saying it's a wooden bullet so she has to pull the bullet out of Tori body or she will never heal. I hold her hand as Caroline takes out the bullet.

"Fuck that hurt!"

"You'll be Fine, here drank some of my blood." I lean other so her lips were close to my neck.

"No I don't need it!" She got up and tired to walk but I had to caught her.

"Yeah sure, let's just get you home." I pick her up and carried her bridal style.

"Jeremy are you sure you want to do that?" Liz ask me pointing her gun at me.

I hear Tori looking over my shoulder making a hiss sound like she ready to kill her, I held her closer to me, "Yes I'm sure." And I walk out the grill to take her to my house.

Once we got to my house, she tired to stand up and I had to caught her again.

"Just drank some of my blood Okay?" I told her.

"But I don't want to hurt you." She replied.

"I'll be Fine, you need the blood." I pull her to me and held her close.

She bite my neck and drank my blood. After that she took a shower anxious clean her wound.

~Stefan point of view~

I was feeding on a lot of blood bags, but refuses to drink any more until Klaus sorts out the cure. Klaus tells me I have to make a choice, I can remain in Mystic Falls or I can leave town with Klaus and save Damon's life. I take another blood bag and begins to drink. Klaus calls over Katherine and compels her to take his blood to Damon and come right back, but she is still on vervain. Katherine rushes off and I was worried she'd wouldn't deliver the cure to Damon.

~Elena point of view~

I throw a chair out the window and got out the station. I run through the screening looking for Damon. When I found him, he seemed confused, mixing the present with the past, when he chased Katherine through some woods. He tries to bite my neck but i tell him to stop, explaining that he was hurting me. Damon suddenly appears to return to the present, but collapses. I took Damon back home and when he wakes up, he tells me to leave so he doesn't hurt me. Of curse I refuses to go and climbs on to the bed with him, cradling him in her arms. "It's okay"

"No it's not. I'd blamed Stefan for years, but no-one forced me to love Katherine. Can you tell your boyfriend that I'm sorry?" Damon replied.

"I promise." I began to cry.

He apologizes for everything he's done to me, but I said I forgive him and lies down next to him. Damon tells me he knows she will always love Stefan, but adds that he loves me. I said I know and started crying again.

Katherine appears and saying he should be thanking her as she brought the cure. She says she decided to deliver it because she owed Damon. I asks about Stefan, she reveals that Stefan is paying for the cure. She explains that he gave himself over to Klaus and sacrificed everything, including Elena, to save Damon. She throws the cure at Damon and walks away.
