Regina looked confused at Emma, who was suddenly so eager to get some rest.

She didn't know what to do and the person on the other side of the door kept banging.

"Emma, open the door, right now!" Regina heard someone yell and she saw Emma squeezing her eyelids shut with a frown upon her face.

"Before I kick it open!" The voice sounded and Regina looked worried at Emma.

She wanted to slip out of bed, but Emma grabbed her hand and intertwined her fingers.

"Don't listen to her," Emma whispered and having Emma touching her, made Regina do everything the blonde desired of her.

"Who is that?" She asked as she lay down in bed again.

Emma scooted closer to her and flinched as the woman banged loud on the door again.

"My mother," she sighed and Regina looked confused at the door. Her desire to go to the door to see who was there was only growing.

Suddenly, the door flew open and Emma sighed. "Crap.. now I gotta renew the lock yet again," she muttered and got out of bed.

"Emma, I do not tolerate this behavior under my roof," Mary Margaret said as she tried to stand still, but she clearly had a hard time standing on her feet.

"I need my money," she slurred and Emma sighed.

She was getting tired of this game.

The blonde just watched as her mother stumbled inside the house, whilst holding a bottle of the cheapest vodka.

"Where's my little boy?" She questioned as her eyes scanned the room, until she noticed Regina in the bed.

"Who's that?" Mary Margaret asked as she pointed her finger at Regina. "Isn't that the mayor's kid? Those horrible people will be burning in Hell!" She yelled and suddenly something snapped inside of Emma.

"Fuck off," she snapped and glared angrily at her mother, who was taken aback by Emma's tone.

Emma never really got angry at Mary Margaret. She never did what the woman asked of her, but she'd never shown her anger toward her mother.

"Excuse me?" The drunk asked and cocked an eyebrow.

"I said, fuck off. I want you out of my house. Go somewhere else with your own fucking money," she hissed and roughly grabbed her mother's arm to take her outside.

The woman had drunk too much this morning to be able to get away from Emma's grip and within a minute she stood outside.

Emma slammed the door shut and leaned with her back against it. She knew her mother wasn't going to give up and that she was right outside, but she didn't know what to do anymore.

She couldn't lose any money, or she wouldn't be able to pay everything she and Henry needed.

The blonde sat down, with her back still against the door, and closed her eyes.

Seeing her mother like that for the first time this month had been a lot to handle. She wanted the woman out of her life. Forever.

She was glad Henry was safe with Ruby and Granny, because if he'd been here, Mary Margaret certainly would have wanted to see him. But the woman didn't know how to take care of children. One day, she'd actually dropped her son on the floor, because she noticed a beer bottle that was still left from an earlier visit.

Mary Margaret had accidentally received Henry on one of her many trips to Vegas or some other city. The woman was addicted to gambling, alcohol and sex and Emma didn't want to know how high her debt was.
