Pets are fun to have around.
They’re cute and sweet and make your day.
On the stairs they’ll run up and down,
But when you tell them to, they’ll stay.
They need love and lots of care,
And in return, they’ll care for you.
They depend on you to always be there,
So know exactly what you need to do.
Stick up ears or wagging tail,
Long whiskers, big eyes.
They always make you happy, they never fail.
In the morning it’s hard to say your goodbyes.
They feel they are loved by your touch.
These are the pets we love so much.
