your friends set you up to have an alone time with jaehyun who has a crush on you.

tonight is the anual college party that happens every august, the month when your university was founded so its always special and extravagant. there are activites and booths that are open for all the students, including the orgs and groups.

the student council did a great job organizing the whole event by themselves, they invited good performers that definitely suit the various tastes of the students

"welcome to your first annual foundation week y/n!" jungwoo, your first college friend said as you two walked together on the field

"yeah, i'm so excited! people were talking about this nonstop since i transferred" you said in response

you transferred in the middle of the semester of third year, because family business issues but its normal to you, you grew up not having a permanent school. it's okay though because you still get to meet and have more friends. lucky you, you are the social butterfly type of person so you don't really find it tough to adapt in a new environment

"so y/n, besides me, have you met other people yet?" since it's only been two months since you got in, jungwoo is still a bit hesitant and careful in making conversations with you since he only knows few stuff about you

"of course! i met this guy in my calculus class he's so funny and savage, his name's ten and then this cute guy from my history class, mark, and johnny who borrowed a pencil from me in english lit and then there's taeil from art appreciation class, he's so nice and good at singing and-"

"woah there, i didn't know you're that friendly y/n! and what surprises me more is that those guys you mentioned are actually my friends" jungwoo cuts you off with shock written on his face

"no way! you must be kidding! maybe the names are just similar, ten is not korean he's from-"

"well let's be honest this university is not the biggest" jungwoo laughed

you two continued walking as the music from an indie band plays in the background

"jungwoo!" a voice broke you and jungwoo's conversation about the puppy he saw outside the campus

looking for the voice in the crowd, jungwoo immediately spotted his friends

"yuta!~" you looked at jungwoo weirdly when he said that name in a feminine and strange anime like voice

jungwoo grabbed your wrist and dragged you to his friends

there stood yuta, mark, ten, taeil, johnny and more that you're not familiar with

"guys this is y/n, she's new here" jungwoo introduced

"yep i know her, hi y/n thanks for letting me borrow your pen the other day" johnny gave her a salute and then a friendly smile

"no porblem johnny" you replied

"aaaye! didn't know you're friends with our jungwoo" ten took you in for a friendly bro hug while patting you back

"same goes to you ten" you chuckled

taeil nodded at you and gave you a wave as he was talking to some of his acquaintances, you gladly gave him a wave as well

after the indie band play, another band performed making all of us jam to their music

as you dance to the song, you suddenly felt conscious as if someone's staring. looking around discreetly to find the person, much to your luck you find a guy not too far from where you stand, staring at you as he nervously bit his lower lip. you both held the staring contest for a few seconds until it was cut off by a guy blocking his view
