Who will STAND??

"Control???" Control heard his name from a stranger's voice. "Kuya, he called your name." Cherry pulls her older brother lower shirt. "Cherry lets go home." Control continues to walk and they passed through the place where the stranger is standing. "Wait, Control." The stranger still call his name. "Hi what's your name?"  Cherry looks at the stranger. "Cherry lets go home." Control pulls his sister's hand and went out of the mall. The stranger still looking at them. Cherry was confused on what was happening. Control continues to walk. "Kuya wait." Cherry stops his older brother. "Why Cherry? I said we need to go home." Control's voice seems irritated. "Kuya were in a wrong way. That is the place we need to go if want to go home." Cherry pointed out the TODA where they should go. Control looks at it, scratch his head and move towards to it.

"What are you doing here?" Andrei asked Justine while fixing his polo. "Ahhm!!! Ah. I am just passing by and I saw that three morons punching someone, so I decided to help and I did not realize that it was you." Justine look up the sky with his hands on his waist and making lies because honestly he followed Andrei since they left the campus. Andrei walks like nothing happen. "Oh wait, there is no Thank you?" Justine asked. "Did I ask you to help me?" Andrei continues to walk. "But if I did not help you . You probably dead now." Justine still following Andrei. " I can beat them on my own." Andrei stops and shout at the top of his lungs. "You can beat them? But you did not give them just a single punch." Justine also stops. "It is none of your business anymore and for God sake Justine please stop following me." Andrei looks at Justine. " I am not following you." Justine answered. "If you were not following me why are you still walking at my back?" Andrei seems so pissed off with Justine's action. Justine just laugh. "What's funny?" Andrei seems want to burst now. "I am not following you. You know what Andrei at first I thought you were  an idiot but now I prove it you were literally are." Justine keeps on laughing while talking. "Andrei if you forgot we live in the same village so this road is also my way to go home." Justine added. Andrei realized that he lives in the same village with Justine. "Ah, you go first. I don't like a dog following me." Andrei step back at the road side and let Justine goes first. "Okay!" Andrei was passed by Justine. Justine stops and said "by the way go to yout doctor and have a check up your head probably been damage hahaha." Justine laughs and walk. "Moron." Andrei shouted to Justine and start walking.

"Shift!!!!!!!!" Shift heard a familiar voice and he knows where it is coming from as he turn his body towards where the voice coming from that stranger hug him really tight. "What are you going here, myloves? We don't have any appointment today right? Or I forgot it?" It was Angel, Shift's girlfriend. "Oh none. We don't talk that we will meet here. I am just here to stressed out and I will go home before 6pm." Shift untangled Angel's arms from his body. "Oh! You will stressed out without me? I am getting jealous myloves." Angel tries to win over Shift with her childish act. "Don't act like a little brat, Angel. We both know that ee have ang agreement that we can have our "me time" twice a week." Shift looks at Angel. "Oh I forgot sorry myloves." Angel hugs Shift for the second time. "And in the first place Angel you were the one who has been here first." Shift untangled again Angel's arm. "Oh I'm sorry myloves." Angel smile wide and tries to make Shift's face okay. "Uhmm. It's okay. By the way O gotta go. See you tommorow. I love you." Shift bid goodbye to Angel. "I love you too." Angel kisses Shift's cheek. Shift turns back and went home. "Who is that?" a certain boy asked Angel. "Nothing just a friend. We just bumped with each other." Angel explained to the boy. "But you kisses his cheeks." boy ask in confusion. "Nevermind that. It is just a friendly kissed. Lets go lets watch the movie." Angel grabs the boy's hand and they moved toward the cinema. When Angel and the boy finally enter the Cinema, Shift sent out from where he is hiding with tears in his eyes seeing her girlfriend having an affair with other man.

"Ma,Pa were home." Cherry shouted as they arrive in their home. "Kuya!!!" Candice runs toward his older brother and hugged it. "Hi Candice." Control greeted her youngest sister. "But how Ate? Where's Ate's hug?" Cherry open her arms wide but instead of hugging Candice ran back to the living room and Cherry chased after her. Control just smile from what he is seeing. All of a sudden a female voice called his name. "Control, can we talk?" it was her mother who is sitting at the kitchen together with his father. Control walks towards the kitchen and sit beside his mother. "Son, I know this is too early but I want you to asked where do you want to study in college and what course?" Mrs. Vasquez asked her son with sadness in her voice. Mr. Vasquez just observing them. "Ma, you all know that I want to study Medicine at Ateneo right?" Control holds his mother's hands. "But Control we don't have enough money to send you there, is there any chance that you change your mind?" Mr. Vasquez broke his silence. "Pa don't worry I will find a way to get scholarship and I will find a side job to support me there." Control answered with positivity. "Son, we know that you are responsible enough bit we as your parents want that we should be the one to provide for your education." Mrs. Vasquez replied who is now starting to cry.  "Ma, don't worry" Control wipes his mother's tears. "You and Papa helping me in my education for many long years, I think next year I can help you if I myself support my education." Control looks at his parents with a smile. "You know what Control, me and your Mama are so lucky that we have a responsible son like you." Mr. Vasquez went towards Control's back and tap his shoulder's son. "Pa,Ma we still have one year I can prepare for that. All I need are your full support." Control answered and smiles again. "You always have our support." Mr. Vasquez answered. "Oh! Control change your clothes now. So we can eat our dinner." Mrs. Vasquez changes the topic and let Control change his clothes. "Okay Ma. Always that I always love you both." Control stand up and make a way towards his room. "We also love you son and your siblings."Mrs. Vasquez answered. Control gives a smile to his parents and sent straight toward his room. Mr. and Mrs. Vasquez hold each others hand and looking at Control. Cherry heard everything as she accidentally saw the three was talking and intentionally stands at the wall. When Control closed the door of his room he leans at the wall and his tears come down. Control tries to control his tears in front of his parents so his parents will not worry anymore.

At Justine's house, "Pa, what's our food tonight?" Justine asked his father who seems busy doing his paperworks. Mr. June Reyes, an elite accountant in a famous and leading auditing firm in the nearby city wherein they resides, he solely raised his only son Justine because his wife,Thanya, die while giving birth to Justine. "Just look at the refrigerator and see what you can cook. I already bought some groceries and stocks while heading home." Mr. Reyes ordered his son. "Okay Dad." Justine put his bag on the couch and  go straight to the kitchen. "Justine your bag!!! Is that the proper place?" Mr. Reyes to his son. "Sorry Dad. I will put it now in my room." Justine quickly get his bag put it his room and went back to the kitchen. "Next time be responsible on your own things. I am not always here to remind you." Mr.Reyes remind his son what to do. "Yes Dad! You want to eat stewed vegetables today?" Justine asked his Dad. "Justine,you cook vegetable every time don't asked if I like it today." Mr. Reyes replied. "If you want to eat vegetable tonight. Pleaseeeeee prepare me a pork dish." Mr. Reyes added. "But Dad vegetables are good to our body." Justine insisted. "I know it son but please not everyday." and they both laugh.

"How many times I need to tell you that you should stop having fight?" Mrs. Teresa Barlis,mother of Andrei, telling while aidings her son's face bruises. "But Ma, I did not pick up a fight a just bump in a wall." Andrei speaks in denial. "Bump the wall, Andrei? Once in my life I am also a teenager and know the difference between bruises of bumping in the wall and having fist fighting." Mr. Allen Barlis, Andrei's father, speak as he gives the basin full of cold water to his wife. "But Pa, I am telling the truth." Andrei moved away from his mother hand and lean on the couch. "Okay to make me calm I will call Mr. Reyes and asked Justine what happen." Mrs. Barlis gets her phone. "No, Ma! Please don't" Andrei speak with a shock but he is too late her mom already dialled Mr. Reyes phone number.

-Phone Beeping- Mr. Reyes answered it.
"Hello! Mrs. Barlis"- Mr. Reyes
"Good evening, Sir. Can I speak with Justine?" - Mrs. Barlis
Andrei are now in a bit of scary position and keeps on scratching his knees. Mr. Barlis sees the action of his son.
"Okay Maam just wait. Justine."- Mr.Reyes.
"Yes Pa? Do you need something?" Justine ask his father. "No, but Andrei's Mom wants to talk to you." Mr. Reyes gives the phone to Justine and went back to his work.

"Good evening Ma'am"- Justine greeted Mrs. Barlis
"Good evening Justine, Can I ask you something? "- Mrs. Barlis
"Sure Ma'am, what it is?"- Justine answered with a bit of confusion but he already know what it is.
"Is it true that Andrei bumped at the campus wall that's why he has bruised in his face?" Mrs. Barlis asked
Justine stop for a moment and can't find a word to say.
"Hello, Justine still there?" Mrs. Barlis speak.
"Yes Maam I am here, what is that again?" Justine answered.
"Is it true that Andrei bumped to the wall thats why he had bruises?" Mrs. Barlis repeated.
"Yes Ma'am it is true. He bumped to the wall really hard. I was there that time.. Ahmm Maam may I hang this call? I am currently cooking?" Justine replied in a hurry.
"Okay, thank you so much my dear." Mrs. Barlis cancelled the call and looked at Andrei.
"What's that Moron said?" Andrei asked her mother with fear.
"Don't call him Moron he is more intelligent than you." Mrs. Barlis answered.
"But I am your son, your handsome son." Andrei smiled to his mother. "What did he said?" he continue. "Yeah you're telling the truth." Mrs. Barlis replied. "But bear this in your mind don't you ever been involve in fight. Is that okay?" Mrs. Barlis continue to aid his son. "Yes Mom, you have the most responsible son on earth." Andrei huggged his Mom. Mr. Barlis just looking at the two and still wondering he did not buy what was Andrei and Justine told about.

Meanwhile because of what he saw Shift found himself drunk in a bar when his phone ring.
"I'm not gonna fight back what I've become
Yeah, I've got bruises where I came from
But I wouldn't change if I could restart
I ain't gonna hide these beautiful scars"

He picked up his phone and answered it. "Where are you? It is already 8 in the evening." Mr. Villegas was on the phone. "I am on my way." He replied. "So you're on your way?" Mr. Villegas replied. "Yeah." Shift answered. "Are you drunk?" Mr. Villegas continue to ask. "No, I'm just sleepy and tired. Can I off it I am driving." Shift replied. "No. All you need to do is turn back." Mr. Villegas ordred his son. "Turn back? But I am driving?" Shift replied. "Driving or Drinking alcohol?" Mr. Villegas now in his loud voice. Shift turn around and saw his dad standing outside the bar looking at him. "Dad!" Shift in shock.
