At the hospital...

"Doc, is he okay?" Shift asked Dr. JK when the doctor came out from the emergency room. "Don't worry he's okay it is just a mild fracture, you can go there." Dr. JK left them. "Sir Shift it is 15 minutes before 5pm ee should be on the house right now." Andoy reminded Shift. "Its okay I called Mom a while she said they will be having a dinner meeting with Dad later so they will not be in home at 5pm." Shift answered Andoy "and also I called Yaya Pining to tell that if dad called her that I was in home already." He added. "So if dad calls you. You know what to do." he continue. "Okay Sir." Andoy replied.

"Why I'm in the hospital?" Control asked himself when he woke up. "Oh Control are you okay?" Shift asked. "Shift???" Control asked in confusion. "Why I am here?" Control continue. "Don't you remember?" Shift asked. Control look at the ceiling and he remembered everything. He was about to cross the road but something bumped him and he loss his consciousness. "Wait I need to call Ma." Control looking for his phone. "I already called them and I already beg for an apology for what happen and I promise to them that I will being you home safe." Shift uttered. "You used my phone?" Control looked at Shift. "Sorry for that but I don't have any choice. Luckily your phone doesn't have screenlock." Shift handed Control's phone to Control. "Shit." Control whispered. "Don't worry I did not looked at your phone. Just the contact." Shift smiled. Control checked his phone.

"Samuel who's that?" Daniel called the attention of Samuel who is busy looking at the sunset at the top of the school building. "Where?" Samuel asked Daniel. "There look down at parking lot." Daniel point at the parking. "Oh It is Sir Peter." Samuel uttered in shock. "Yeah it is sir and who is with him?" Daniel asked in confusion. "Oh! That is the nman from yesterday who is looking for Sir Peter." Samuel stated. "Wait why Sir Peter ride on the car of that man?" Daniel still in state of confusion. "Maybe they were siblings." Samuel replied. "No. Sir Peter is the only son, remember?" Daniel replied and still looking at the car that leaved the campus. "Maybe they were cousins." Samuel uttered. "No his whole family are in in Ilocos, right?" Daniel continued to wonder. "A friend? A classmate? Ang acquaintance?? Why are you interested Daniel? Why are you so interested with the person who doesn't even bother you at all? Why not be interested with the person who is always be there for you?" Samuel uttered with a bit of bitterness. "Samuel? What did you say?" Daniel were shocked with what Samuel uttered. "Nevermind." Samuel walked out and left Daniel who were still in state of confusion. "Why are you still standing there? Let's go home." Samuel called the attention of Daniel. "You go first" Daniel replied. "You have the key of our apartment. If I gk first I will just want for you there. Lets go home." Samuel looked at Daniel. "Oh I forgot. Okay lets go." Daniel walked strangely. Samuel followed him.

"Sir Shift the doctor said he can go home now, I already paid the bill." Andoy told to Shift. "Oh really?? Thank you Kuya Andoy, Control you can go home now, I will give you a lift." Shift stand up. "But wait." Shift went outside after a minute he went back with a wheelchair. "Ride on?" Shift went beside Control's bed. He carried Control and put him on the wheelchair. "Thank you but I can walk." Control tried to stand up but Shift did not allowed him to do that. Shift pushed the wheelchair until they reached the car. Shift open up the passenger's door and tried to lift Control again but Control stood up and get into the car and closed the door. Shift went inside the car using the door and sit beside Control. Kuya Andoy startes up the car. "Are you really okay?" Shift asked. "Yes!" Control replied. "Let me see your fracture." Shift tried to see Control's leg but Control moved away. "Don't act like you really care. If I know you're just feeling guilty because you're the reason why I'm in this condition." Control uttered while looking outside the car. "Sorry!" Shift got back on sitting position and looked at the other way. "By the way, Will you be the representative of your school at the quiz bowl?" Shift asked Control. "Do they have other choice?" Control answered but still looking outside. "So it means we will compete against each other again?" Shift asked."I think so." Control replied. "Oh another silver finish for me." Shift uttered. "I'm sick of it for almost 5 years with 20 competition when you're there I always landed on second place." Shift continued but smiling. "May I know your secret?" Shift asked. Control did not answer. And they reach Control's house.

Justine-Andrei moment.

"Hey you! Why did you join in the team?" Justine asked Andrei while they were walking at the same street since they lived at the same village. Andrei stopped, looked at Justine and smile. "I'm asking you why did you join? I'm not asking you to smile?" Justine seemed pissed off now. "And what did you eat this day and you did not pick a fight with me."Justine continue. Andrei walked towards Justine and speak. " Ahmm!!! Let me say I think volleyball will bring me closer to what I want to have this year." Andrei looked at Justine's face. Justine pushed Andrei. "What is that?" Justine asked. Andrei walked again towards Justine and tell. "My Trophy." for the second time around he looked at Justine's face. Justine was confused on what was happening. Andrei turn around and walked. About 10 steps, Andrei stopped and looked again at Justine "About not picking fight with you? I am not in the mood." Andrei uttered. "And why did you asked? Did you miss my company?" Andrei teased him and get back in walking. Justine threw a crumpled paper to Andrei. "You wish." and he walk fast and he passed Andrei. " by the way Justine see you on Saturday." Andrei seemed so happy to tease Justine. Justine just continue to walk.

Someone's moment

"Next time,please don't pick up me inside the campus?" Mr. Peter scolded the driver of the car. "But I want my boyfriend to be spoiled." Mr. Peter's lover replied. "But what if my students saw me? What did they tell if they me picked up by a boy? What will you do Aki?" Mr. Peter continue to scold Aki. "Babe, where on the new generation now. Your students will understand it." Ako explained "and actually yesterday I saw some of them seemed having a Lover's Quarrel. " Ako added. "But Aki, school is not a proper place for this kind of things." Peter continue to scold Aki. "Babe as far as I know I did not tell anyone in your school that were together." Aki continued to explained. "But what if in their mind they starting to make a judgement." Peter did not stop to scold Aki. Aki stopped the car,looked at Peter and said " So it is not my fault. If they want to judge us, okay then judge us until they want buy Peter this relationship is about the two of us not them. Don't be so unreasonable I just picked you up there. I did not even kiss you or hold your hand. Why it seems that I made a big mistake?" Aki are not upset. Peter did not speak. "Okay if you don't want then I will not pick you up. Just call me where you are so I can picked you up there." Aki starts the car and drive again.

At Control's house.

"Oh you're here already. Are you okay son." Mrs. Vasquez asked her son. "I'm okay Ma. It is just a simple fracture." Control replied. "Oh the dinner was served already why not join us Shift?" Mr. Vasquez asked Shift. "But Sir." Shift replied. "Don't be shy Shift. Maybe you and Control are competing for how many years but still is just a friendly competition and you're my former friend's son." Mr. Vasquez continue. "Wait sir I'll just call my Mom.

After a minute, "Sir, okay we can join." Shift speak to Mr. Vargas. "But Sir look at the time." Andoy whispered to Shift. "Don't worry dad's meeting just started and Mom told him that I already at home." Shift tells to his driver. "In that matter lets get inside. It is bad tradition that the food waits." Mr. Vasquez called the attention of everybody. Control looked at. Shift. Shift smiled to him but he looked away and they went inside the house.
