Cassie rolled the lint roller across his pants as she held on to his hip to stay balanced in her squatted position. This was an everyday routine for them. She'd wake up earlier than him to get dressed, then shortly after she'd get him ready. It's been that way for years.

He lowered a spoonful of his oatmeal to her mouth. He watched on as the spoon disappeared behind her lips before reappearing. He alternated spoonfuls between them until the bowl was empty.

"Don't wash your slacks next time. Wait for me to take them to the dry cleaners please." Cass said as she stood up and reached for the white Tom Ford button up.

"I was trying to make it easier on you. I know you don't like going to the cleaners."

"Yeah i don't like going. But I not only go for you, I go for me too. I appreciate the gesture, but don't do it again baby." She pecked his lips as he nodded in response. She'd been rolling the lint off his pants for a good twenty minutes and it was inevitable that they were gonna be late. After fastening the last button, she let him finish his routine while she made the bed.

"What do I have to do today?"

"You're free until 9 then you have an interview. I'm not sure how long you'll be, but I scheduled it for 3 hours. By 2 the new cover needs to be approved. And before I forget you need to release a statement about Solana some time today." She said as she filled her handbag with her planners, her two phones and her purse.

Solana was a touchy subject for the both of them. And according to gossip blogs, they coerced her into having sex with them on multiple occasions. Both parties knew it was bullshit, but they had to roll with the punches.

"Remind me why we picked Solana again?" His back was turned to her as he sprayed the inside of his wrists with his favorite cologne. Hers too.

"Solana was your pick. Not mine." She added. That was true, but the pick before Solana belonged to Cass and she was just as bad.

"Seems like you were enjoying my pick when she was eating your puss-" The look she sent him was enough for him to stop midsentence. He raised his hands above his shoulders as he walked closer to her with his left dimple on full display.

"Whatever you're about to do; stop it. We're gonna be late." She shooed him away as she walked out the room. He wasn't too far behind. He knew how she hated being late and knew he would receive the lashings.

Once they were out of the bedroom with their bags in tow, they exited the house. She stood patiently in the garage as she watched him set the alarm to the house. They then walked to the car together where he opened it and allowed her to get in before he walked to the drivers side and did the same.

The landscape flew by them as Sincere drove. Cass had her head pressed against the seat with her phone dangerously close to her face. She opened her mouth to say something, but she slowly closed it after. "I forgot I have those interviews. For your new stylist." Cass sighed as she continued to scroll through her phone.

Before Solana was rightfully fired, one of her closest friends took on the role of being Sin's personal stylist. Now that Solana was gone she took her friend as well. But how Cassandra forgot about the interviews were beyond her. There was no reminder in her phone nor had she written it down in her planner. She'd never been this careless before.

"You need me to take one for you? You said I was free until 9 right?" He asked as he swiped his tongue across his bottom lip.

"No, I should be okay. We should have left the house earlier. You know I hate having people wait." She says. He looked over at her just to make sure.
