Cassie stood in front of a nervous Sincere trying to calm his last minute jitters. Today he was formally presenting his new business plan in front of his colleagues. The usual calm, cool, and collected Sincere was long gone. Public speaking wasn't his issue, the reception is what worried him. His boardroom was filled with all age ranges, so you never knew how the crowd would react to his proposition.

She found him pacing the hallways, tugging at his tie as the conference room behind him filled up. Quickly she pulled him to the side to give them a little bit more privacy. His attention was everywhere but her face, so she placed her hands on either side of his face and made his eyes met hers. "What's the problem?" She asked with a sincere voice and eyes to match.

There was a moment of silence. Cass' hands fell from his face to his shoulders.

"What if they don't like it."

"Fuck them," She whispered harshly. "We do it anyway."

Sincere reached for her hand, lacing their fingers. "You know that's not how it works." He said simply. "But I appreciate that." He smiled.

"When have you ever took no for an answer Sincere? As long as I've known you, you have never accepted the words no. Just go in there and do what you do best. And if that don't work then you call me and I'll handle the rest." Cass said seriously while looking at the time. He had two minutes left until the start of the meeting.

"Pep talks might not be for you baby."

Cass rolled her eyes. Sin sighed as she smoothed his suit and re-fasten his tie. "You are Sincere Nolan, CEO extraordinaire. You're the creative genius and Machiavellian mastermind behind what I am sure is an amazing campaign. They are going to love it. Now keep calm, get the fuck back to work, because when this check clears we need a new place, a new car, and a baby."

Before he could respond she connected their lips and gave him a shove in the direction of the door. He mouthed a quick I love you before disappearing behind the door.

She knew he wouldn't check his phone until after the meeting, but she still texted him a quick I love you too, so he knew his words didn't go unnoticed.

As soon as he stepped inside the room all noise ceased.

"Seems like everyone is here, so lets get started." All eyes left him as he watched everyone take out their notepads or ipads. He didn't take his seat just yet. Cassie took it upon herself to print out outlines of his presentation. He was embarrassed to have them, but he knew it was the teacher inside of her that made her do it. Besides she would know if he didn't hand them out, so one by one he handed each person a stapled packet.

"The majority of us know each other, but there are some new faces." He stood behind Reign's chair and placed a soft hand on her shoulder. "This is Reign Carter. She's fairly new, but I trust her work. She'll be in charge of designs and sketches. Her and whatever team she puts together."

He moved on to the person next to her. "This is Jamie Collins and he'll be in charge of the social media aspect. We'll get more into that later."

"And lastly this is Joshua Nolan and yes he's related to me! He's my little cousin and he's going to be interning here for a while. He's in the meeting today to soak up as much knowledge as he can." Josh's introduction wasn't as friendly as Reign's and Jamie's. He'd begged Sincere to let him intern for his company and made him promise that he would treat him like another employee. Sin took that to heart.

Sincere lowered his self in his seat. He didn't need notes because the night prior he went over his presentation one million times. He allowed his colleagues to look over the outline before he spoke. "To get straight to the point, to add to the magazine I want to start a lingere line. By doing this I can boost the sales of the magazine and cater to an even bigger audience. Women." He paused to let his words soak in. After a few moments of silence he continued, "Nothing I do is ever solely for one gender. I've never wanted to put myself in a box like that." He took his time to analyze every facial reaction he could.
