You put your hand behind my ear as
I wrapped my arms around your waist
While we stared at each other there
Like we just met.
You grab my hand
And intertwined our fingers
covering the gap in between
Of two worlds that just collide.
You smiled while calling my nameAnd I never felt the butterflies
Escaped from I don't know where it
hid in my stomach.
Your voice sounds like how music do
I never get tired of listening to
No matter how it changes
with time.
You told me to write my heart
In a piece of paperSo I drew you tangled strings
Like an unused earphones wire
You asked me to sing a song
So I sang one in my shuffled playlist.
You told me to tell you a story
So I told you our story, of what we were used to be.- 𝙷𝚊𝚗𝚜𝚎𝚗
