Mac & Cheese please? (Thomas Jefferson x reader)

"Y/N?" Your boyfriend, Thomas, called, "Yes?" You replied. "I want more blankets!" He whined, "Okay, okay" you chuckled silently and went over to the closet. You stood on your tippy toes to reach the fluffiest blanket. Which was unfortunately the top shelf.

Once you got it down you walked over to see your sick boyfriend groaning into a pillow, making you laugh. You draped the blanket over him and tucked him in, then you took the pillow of his face and kissed his forehead. "You feeling any better?" You asked, Thomas raised an eyebrow with a look saying 'What do you think' "I'll take that as a 'no' then" you giggled, "Oh really" Thomas said sarcastically. "Y'know Thomas just for that I think I might leave. Have fun taking care of yourself" you said feigning a hurt expression. "Nono Y/n I'm sorry" Thomas said with his puppy dog eyes making you melt like butter. "Fine, I'll stay...." you exasperated, "I want to watch The Golden Girls" He declared. You laughed "The Golden Girls?! Why?" "Because I'm sick. Now put it on".

On about the 5th episode of The Golden Girls, Thomas decided he wanted to cuddle so he crawled on top of you and laid his head on your chest. "T-Thomas can you scooch over a bit? I kinda can't breathe" You said, Thomas moved a little to the side but just barely. "Yeah thanks Jefferson" you chuckled wrapping your right arm around him while your left hand played with his hair. "Y/n?" You hummed in response, "I want Mac & Cheese". "Fine" you huffed trying to get up "nOoooooO don't leave me" Thomas whined, "If you want Mac & Cheese I got to get to the stove," You smiled, "Alright fine but after you're coming back right where you were". "Of course."

While you were making Mac & Cheese you heard footsteps behind you. "Can I help you?" You asked stirring the pot, Thomas just buried his head in your neck and mumbled something. "What did you say?" You questioned, Thomas placed his chin on your shoulder and said "I love you Y/n" making you drop the spoon. "Wow. Um I love you too Thomas" you said shocked but happy, it was the first time those words were actually said. Thomas pressed a kiss to your cheek making you giggle. You turned around and wrapped your arms around his neck and kissed him. The kiss was soft, sweet and full of love and passion. The kiss lasted a few more seconds before you guys pulled away. "Y'know you're gonna get sick now," Thomas said, "Worth it" you shrugged and went back to your Mac & Cheese.

After you guys finished your Mac & Cheese you went back to your original position under Thomas, as promised. He soon fell asleep with is arms wrapped around you like a Koala. You pressed a kiss to the top of his head, giggling when his poofy hair tickled your face.

A week later

You were in the middle of a coughing fit surrounded by tissues. "I told you that you'd get sick darling" Thomas bragged, "I hate you" you groaned. "You love me" He said kissing the tip of your nose, "I do" you said smiling.

Let's just say that wasn't the last time you said 'I do'
