I asked Danna's chauffeur to drop me at nearby bus stop and took a bus to Bensworth University. Danna made me swear what happened at Victoria Foundation, stayed at Victoria Foundation. Little did she know, I wished for the same thing for her big mouth the moment we stepped into the building.

On the bus, I took out the ball of paper from Landon's drawer. Apparently, there were two papers crumpled as one. On the first paper was a list of some transactions between bank accounts—JENNINGS CAMPAIGN was noted as the recipient, with VICTORIA FOUNDATION as the sender. The other had a table, a list full of names—The Exclusives' and others—on it, with dates and huge amount of money next to them.

It looked like a part of a ledger because it was only dated 2014, which was last year. Besides, the way they put the names, with last names and the initial of first names, reminded me of the list in the flash drive.

That's why Adrian told me to analyze the flash drive... It had the transaction of the money they embezzled from Garner Constructions, and most probably, laundered to Victoria Foundation next.

It was such a big discovery. I wasn't sure if Rhett could handle it, since he and Noel seemed to decide to do everything recklessly at this point.

"Unless you're willing to wait for another 2 hours for Rhett, you should go back," Kyle said the moment he saw me entering The Paste. "Because he skipped classes a lot, he had to catch up on everything this week or he's not allowed to take final exams and have to attend the same classes again next semester."

"I thought he was doing that yesterday?"

"He went to Havenbrook yesterday and spent a night," he replied. "Vanilla latte?"

I was taken aback at the mention of that city. I didn't answer him, but he proceeded to make a glass of vanilla latte anyway. "Uh... I actually want to talk to you too."

"What about?" He asked.

"The flash drive that Rhett asked you to keep... do you bring it now?" I asked.

The machine roared as it automatically poured the coffee into my cup. Kyle added milk into it and replied, "Yeah. I bring it with me every day, just in case he needs it." He gave my latte a finishing touch and put it on the counter. "Rhett's tab?"

"Sure," I smiled.

Kyle immediately went back to the cashier—another customer came in and ordered an espresso. I sat at a table nearby after getting my order, and almost choked on my latte when I realized that the customer was Noel.

"Do you need anything else?" asked Kyle.

"Tell your friend to stop snoring," Noel answered curtly. He took the changes and sat in front of me, who was still having my mouth open. "You need to stop putting that face every time I show up."

"You need to get used to it, then," I replied cynically. There was a deafening silence between us before I daringly asked, "So... I heard that Rhett spent a night at Havenbrook. Is that why he's sleeping right now?"

"He's sleeping because he has a bad time management," he said. "Well, it wasn't exactly a pleasant trip. He was so irritating—not that he wasn't like that before—like I went with a whole different version of Rhett Carver."

"Wait—you were going with him?" Now, I was really surprised. Since when Noel willingly went on a trip with his roommate that he had cursed upon every day? "What were you guys doing there? Does that have something to do with this Victoria Foundation data he told me to find?"

"Did you find it?" He asked. "Tell me I didn't call 911 for nothing."

"Yes, I—" I gasped. "You were the one who called them?"
