Mia P.O.V
It’s been 2 days since Stiles had fluid in his lungs, the doctor say he is fading away and they can’t help him anymore, I sit there with my family plus Louis surrounding Stiles, and it’s his time. I’m crying but I don’t care, “Look Stiles, I’m so sorry I missed 2 years of your precious life. I’m going to miss you but I know you will always be my brother, even if you are not around. I love you so god damn much. So did your Mum and Dad” I say and cry into Louis shoulder, then Nan speaks “My little grandson, I will always remember my cheeky boy, remember we will always love you” Nan says wiping the tears away, now Pop, “Son. You and I will still go fishing but I just won’t see you, I love you as my own, and I know even though you want be around it will always feel like you are, I remember your mother telling us watch out from Stiles, he is so cheeky” he says then he loses it “Its okay Son. I love you” Pop and Nan cry together, then surprisingly Lou says to Stiles “Don’t worry little lad, I will look after your sister” Lou says crying also, but he tries to hold it in. I look at Stiles once more “Stiles, you can go now, it’s okay Stiles you will always be my batman” I say to him then he smiles the tinniest and that’s the one I will always remember then he takes one more breath then the monitor goes beep, I burst out crying, “goodbye Stiles” I say and hug Louis and he hugs me back tight “Bye my little lad” Louis says and nan and Pop hug us we all cry, Stiles is gone, my bro is gone.
Today, is the funeral, we all gather around Stiles and we are in silence until the priest speaks “Today, we gather to say goodbye to Stiles Bridge. Stiles is a loving and kind child, and we will always remember him in our hearts. Now I would like to call Stiles sister, Mia” the priest calls me and I get up and walk up to where the priest was standing
“Hi, I’m Mia Bridge, Stiles older sister. Stiles died not because he lost cancer, but he won you see. Cancer can be defeated and only defeated. You can’t lose. Either if you survive or die, you will beat it. Yeah, if you die you are still free from it. Just because you died of it doesn’t mean you didn’t beat it, because you did! And my Batman Stiles did, he won. I will always call him my brother. Stiles will never have his first kiss, or his first love. He will never travel the world and he will never learn to skate. He will never have his first car or kid. But he will us is our hearts. Stiles was a brave little boy, and I will never forget him! My brother for ever and always”. Everyone stands and claps and I put his favourite skateboard in his hand and kiss his head and go back to his seat.
The funeral was a week ago today, today we have a surprise. Louis and I now live together because of Niall is coming, we set up his bedroom and right now Louis and I are sitting on the couch, “are you ready to look after a baby?” Louis asks me, “Oh yes I am” I say to him then kiss him, we kiss passionately and then we hear a knock on the door “You ready?” I ask Louis and he nods and we open the front door to see baby Niall “Hey” Louis says, “Hi, this is Niall, I’m his grandparents and we are so sorry. We are in a rush somewhere, here is the paper forms and Niall, his allergies and all that should be in that also, thankyou Louis, goodbye” They say and hand us a lot of his stuff, toys and papers oh and Niall, I take Niall from Louis while he puts all the stuff down then I pass the baby back “Hey my little Niall” Louis says to him and he laughs “This is Mia” Louis says pointing to me, I wave “Hey Niall” I say and he waves back, well this is our family now, my family.
The end. This is book one finished, thankyou for reading my book! I know it’s a bit short but I’m making at least two more books!
