"Do it right! Tighten the string. No, tighter" Rose scolds as I struggle to built our tent. I was never the scout girl type so definitely a failure in the wilderness.

"I'm trying. I'm trying" I reply in desperation to pull the rope into the hook. Rose had put up my parents' tent and she walked away to my parents, who were already chatting up with other families. And here I was, completely unaware what to do.

"This is stupid" I say as I wrestle the elastic rope and put it into the hook. Finally. Then I go for the next. What a struggle. And my dearest elder sister left me to die alone. Amen.

"Poor little, Ava" Niall appears from behind a tree. He puts on his best fake sympathetic smile.

"Don't call me by my short name" I scold.

"Why not? I'd choose Ava, because it saves my time" he replies.

"You've definitely gotten yourself accustomed to strict time management. Next time, stop breathing. It'll save more time" I say.

"I don't breathe" he gives me a lopsided smile.

"Unfortunately. Oh little Niall, here doesn't breathe. Full stop. Dead" I say. He sticks his tongue out.

"Thank you for reminding me. I wasn't aware that I was dead. Why are we here anyway?" He says with a hint of humour.

"Oh you know, the usual. It's the opening of 'I hate ghosts and Niall Horan' society. Where I'm the President" I roll my eyes.

"Cool. What are you doing?" He chuckles.

"I'm performing an exorcism" I say with another eye roll. He's clearly not blind to not see what I'm exactly doing.

"Be careful. The patient looks vicious" he says, curiously looking towards at the half built tent.

"Yea. More like Niall part two" I eye him dangerously.

"Looks like you need help" he raises his hands in defence.

"You can clearly see I'm losing my sanity here" I point at the tent.

"Therefore, ultra pissy and rude" he approaches forward.

"What will you do? Spook the tent out" I cross my hands over my chest.

"Great idea" he winks. I take deep breaths. A half built tent and a stupid Niall finding amusement in my annoyance; not the best combination ever.

He pulls the string and puts it into the hooks with ease. I watch in surprise that within a couple of seconds the tent I was wrestling with was built. With no difficulty, no struggle and definitely with no wrestling.

"How did you not pass through the tent?" I raise a questioning eyebrow.

"I can control my passing through, when it comes to artificial materials. But I can't control it when it comes to humans" he shrugs. "Well, there's your tent" he gives me a winning smile.

"Thanks" I say shyly. He watches me sheer amusement in his eyes.

"Ava. Ava!" I hear Rose shout. I turn to see her hurriedly approach. She stops puffing.

"Is it cold here?" Rose asks. Niall takes slow steps backwards. He was standing besides me. I've pretty much gotten used to his radiating cold.

"Probably because the sun's almost down" I reason out.

"Well, I want you to meet someone. There's this boy" she grins.

"Okay. Let's meet this unknown species called boy" I say, uninterested.
