AN: last ch. before we go to the present time/current time

Three years ago: Yo (18) Ming (20) Forth (21)

"My dads are gone again. Could you come over?" Yo asked Forth while they were on Skype. He was laying in bed reading his One Piece books, got bored, and called Forth.

Yo lives an hour away from the city so it's hard for him and Forth to see each other all the time - unless Yo is at Ming's or Forth happens to have a free day from school/gang work.

"I wish I could baby. I'm getting ready to work right now. As soon as I'm done I'll try and come over. Leave your window open." Forth said - he was putting on his suit and covering up his tattoos.

"Gang stuff?" Yo asked.

"Yeah, we're helping a company merge with another... Nothing fun," Forth said.

"Anything sounds better than being home alone at this point. It's been two weeks," Yo sighed and flopped back on the bed.

"Two weeks? Baby, are you alright?" Forth asked.

Yo shook his head.

"No. They won't answer their phones. I'm scared," Yo said and Forth could tell he was about to cry.

"Baby, pack a bag - leave a note saying you're going to Ming's - and wait for me outside." Forth said and Yo nodded while rubbing his eyes.

- an hour later -

"Baby," Forth said and hugged Yo as soon as the smaller hugged him and started crying. Forth just held him for a bit before putting him in the car and driving to work.

"I'm going to bring you with me to work. Is that alright?" Forth asked and held Yo's hand.

"Yeah," Yo nodded and hid more into Forth's hoodie he stole a couple weeks ago.

"Did they say where they were going?" Forth asked.

He was going to try and help Yo in anyway possible.

"They said they were going to the beach - some animal they've been studying was there, and then about six days ago they called and said they were on their way to Jeju S.Korea. I guess they've been there this whole time. But they always answer their phones when I call..." Yo was just scared something had happened to his Dads.

"It's gonna be alright Yo. Once I'm done with this project, let's go back to my place and I'll have a couple of my hackers start looking for them. How's that sound?" Forth asked.

"They can do that?" Yo was amazed.

"Yeah, we find missing people, pets, objects all the time. It's one of the things we're known for besides being intimidating," Forth said.

"You make gangs sound fun," Yo laughed.

"Mine is. Other's only care about killing and destroying. I try and make sure we do more good than bad. And if something bad has to happen, then we make it as quick and quiet as possible," Forth said.

After another hour, Forth finally made it to 'work'.

"You're going to come in with me. Is that alright?" Forth asked and Yo nodded.

"Am I dressed alright?" Yo asked.

He was just wearing black jeans and Forth white hoodie. Forth smiled and fixed Yo's hair a bit.

"Did you bring sunglasses? And your tattoo make up?" Forth asked.

Yo nodded and pulled it out of his back pack.

Forth took the make up and covered up Yo's tattoos (one on each collar bone and one behind his ear now) before putting the glasses on him.

"Alright, just don't talk - don't make eye contact with anyone. Just stay close to me, you can hold my hand if you want to. If anyone asks - your name is Bas." Forth said and they got out of the car and made their way inside the office building.

Yo nodded and held Forth's hand as they walked the halls towards the meeting room.

"Ah, Tae. You made it. Who's this?" An older gentleman asked and shook Forth's hand.

"This is my assistant Bas. He's just going to be taking notes for me. He's not really here to help with the deal." Forth said and took a seat - telling Yo to sit beside him.

Yo did and looked at Forth confused.
Forth leaned down and whispered to Yo.

"Just play games on your phone or something - pretend to take notes," Forth said and Yo nodded and started playing games on his phone or texting with Ming.

After a three hour meeting - plus a lunch break - Forth and Yo were finally leaving the office and heading back to Forth's apartment. He recently moved out to an apartment that was only twenty minutes away from the college (only Jay knew he was there - his Mother thought he was staying with a friend somewhere).

"It's nice Babe," Yo commented on Forth's apartment. He liked how the older decorated and set everything up.

"Thanks baby, go ahead and put your stuff in my room, take a shower. I'll call my hackers and get them set up with finding your Dads," Forth said and Yo nodded - walking into Forth's room and set his clothes in the closest, grabbed one of his shorts and Forth's shirt, before going and taking a shower.

After his shower, Yo went back into the living room and sat on Forth's lap as he was in a video-call with someone.

"Tae. Who's this?" The girl asked.

"This is Bas." Forth said and Yo waved to the girl.

"He's cute," She said and told Forth everything she was able to find on Yo's parents.

"Current location is Jeju Island, South Korea. They've been there for a week and are currently working at a small biological lab working with a few other scientists from Korea and Thailand. According to their phone-calenders, they'll be coming back to Bangkok in three days at around 8 PM. Currently don't have cell service. Have 1220 unread texts from a 'Wayo' and 600 missed calls, also from 'Wayo'. I'm assuming that they are the child of the couple and very worried about them being gone. This is one of the texts I found 'Daddy! I'm scared... It's raining, please answer the phone... I'm really scared'. I'm gonna assume this kid is like 10 maybe 15 at the oldest and probably with a babysitter or has a neighbour checking on them every few days, poor kid... If you know who it is - go check on them." The hacker explained and Yo ended up hiding his face in Forth's neck so he wouldn't give away that it was him she was talking about.

"Thank you so much G. I'll send your pay in the mail tomorrow. Take care," Forth said and hung up the call and put his laptop away.

"Were you really that scared during the storm? Why didn't you call me?" Forth asked and laid on the couch with Yo.

"I was worried you would think I was acting like a baby..." Yo mumbled.

"You're my baby boy, it's ok to be scared sometimes. Just call me and I'll distract you," Forth smiled and kissed Yo's forehead letting him know he was there for him.

"Ok... Can we cuddle and watch movies? We haven't had movie dates in awhile," Yo asked and Forth nodded.

"That sounds good baby, pick the movie - I'll go get us some snacks," Forth said and Yo nodded and started looking through Netflix.
