Chapter Four

*ting* 

One message, received from Drei.

I looked at the message, excitedly. 

"Goodnight :)"

And I replied the same. I immediately texted him back. Maybe, it's time again.

One time, nagka-rumor na nagroon daw ako ng relasyon sa isang teacher. Which was not absolutely true and proven. Mga tao talaga eh 'noh? Makapanira lang, gagawin ang lahat. Hinayaan ko na lang sila, lalo na't wala naman akong mapapala dun. Isa pa, papanindigan ko na lang 'yung magulo kong buhay. I have no one to go to. I'm all alone.

I actually have many many names. Slut, whore, bitch, boyfriend stealer, and such. Hindi naman ako tutol sa tawag nila sa akin. Totoo naman eh. I became what I am today because of my dark past.

Pagkagising na pagkagising ko, I grabbed my towel then headed to the bathroom. I have my own condo unit, provided by my father. I exhaled, deep. My eyebags are very big, and dark. 

I put some make up, blowered and curled my hair, then grabbed my things and rode my Ferrari. Another boring day ahead.

I was surprised when I saw Drei in our school. 

"Hey!" I tapped his back. I saw him and he was also surprised. I saw a kid beside him, he kissed the little girl then they exchanged goodbyes.

"Kaano-ano mo?" I asked with a happy tone.

"A-ah, a-ano, kapat-tid. Hehe." Nervous?

"Naga-aral ka rin dito?" I asked.

"No, no, I g-graduated already." Bakit kaya siya nauutal? Oh well. 

"Alrighty then. See you around." I said then smiled at him.

"Wait! Neon, c-can I court you?" He asked. Whoah! Ambilis naman 'ata. 

"Sige." Then I plastered a big smile. 

I was actually happy, that day. I din't bitch out and just snobbed everyone. I don't want my day to be ruined.

I was eating alone when I received a message. 

From: Drei

"Hey, can we meet? I'll treat you. :)"

Kilig! I replied swiftly and said yes. He said that he will treat me dinner at a certain restaurant.

Antagal mag-bell, sabi ko sa sarili ko. 'Di kasi ako makapag-antay. Not excited, huh?

*KRIINNNGG*

I walked as fast as I could to my car. When I got home, I first searched for a dress. A fancy, yet decent one. It was red, two inch above knee, and sleeveless. I matched it with a black, sparkly pumps. I just then made a light make up. I just want to be simple and elegant tonight. I looked at myself in the mirror.

*ding dong*

There he is, I grabbed the door and there I saw him. He's wearing a three-piece coat. And he looks drop-dead-gorgeous.

"Let's go?" He asked with a smile.

"Indeed." I stated.

I can say, his taste of food is great. I love the ambiance of the restaurant which is greek inspired.

"Ang ganda mo Neon." Butterflies started wandering inside my stomach.

"Well, thanks. Same to you. Anong pangalan nitong restaurant, by the way." I asked, then our food arrived.

"Le Gavroche, a friend of mine owns this." He said while slicing his steak. I just nodded, then munched my food gracefully.

Minutes later, we finished our food. Hindi kami nauubusan ng topics. He manages to give different topics, so that our conversation won't end. And he's also a good listener.
