Chapter Two

A fifteen year old jungkook was excited... Today was the blood moon festival usually spent with loved ones.... Which he was going to spend with his Taehyungie.... The Elder had promised to go with him, that was not the reason why this was so important to the younger though.... You see, the Alpha Prime had developed some feelings for the Elder... It may seem ridiculous to others but the younger was determined to date his hyung... So after school, he had used his savings to buy a beautiful necklace... Which had an amethyst attached to it.... He had been saving up for quite a while and was excited to have had enough for it.... He run to their spot... A beautiful waterfall, surrounded by wild flowers, hidden in their pack's forest. He got there waiting for his hyung, but he never came.... Leaving Jungkook with a broken promise and worst of all....... A broken heart.

Present time. ~

It had been about six years since Jungkook came here but it looked the same.... The intoxicating scent hit him again.... Taehyung was here.
"I brought some food I cooked myself... I hope you don't mind.. "Jungkook silently shook his head as an answer.... "I'll start by telling you my history so you'd understand.... "Jungkook nodded waiting as Taehyung set everything up as they sat down on the picnic blanket with basket of food. "The history books say The moon goddess and sun god created overseers for the mythical creatures... And that they were power hungry that is why the were  wiped out.... The thing is these overseers started to feel like tools so to please them, the moon goddess started the mate bond so every being had a source of happiness and love.... The overseers were mostly mated to each other but some with other beings.... So the gods realized that these overseers were more focused on their mates and children than their purpose so they threatened to take their mates and the overseers fought back.... They we're wiped out and history saw them as betrayers when they were just lonely... "Jungkook was still confused "How do you know all this and what does it have to do with all this? ""Darling I was there.... I'm the child of the first two overseers made by the gods"jungkook's eyes widened in shock.. "How..... I still don't understand ""darling, I grew up but I stopped aging when I was 23 that time... I'm immortal but can get hurt or disappear into moon dust and become some sort of spirit... My job was to continue being an overseer and since I didn't protest like my parents, I was rewarded with a mate.... But it took centuries before your bloodline even begun.... I've been there since the first Jeon was born, protection them, their mates and pups hoping that one if them would be my mate.... You have no idea how many centuries I've waited.... The day you were born....I felt my heart actually beat... Anticipate for something... I was soo happy and when I was invited to your ceremony to name you, I was overjoyed, but when I held you and your tiny fist gripped my finger, not wanting to let go.... That was the day I felt alive... "Jungkook couldn't help but feel pain in his heart.... He can't imagine how much Taehyung had suffered... and here he was, sad because he wasn't able to admit his feelings six years ago...
"I-Im so sorry... F-f-fuck! I'm an asshole! I-I held a grudge against you for something you did for my safety and yesterday.... I-I "Jungkook could not swallow down the painful lump in his throat.... The tears had already sprung from his eyes, but when Taehyung smiled at him and opened his arms, he tried to bite his lips to stop the sob erupting from his throat but when he looked into Taehyungs eyes seeing the love and adoration he had for him.... His tears started to fall and his lips wobbled. Taehyung rushed to him, catching his tears with his thumbs. He kept wiping them but they kept falling.. "Hey... hey please don't cry bun, its okay.... You're too beautiful to cry please don't cry... "That was the last straw for Jungkook as he buried his face in Taehyungs chest, sobbing.

Jungkook was now on Taehyungs lap, cheeks and nose red from crying but looking adorable stuffing his face with lamb sauce with shrimp fried rice and kimchi.... Taehyung was an amazing cook, really. Taehyung just chuckled at his mate, watching him eat with so much love but the said person scowled when he realised his precious hyung wasn't eating.... "Taehyungie you better start eating before I shove the damn food down your throat" "Anything for you darling""I always knew you were one of those cringy k-drama lovey dovey guys hyung"

After the whole ordeal,they went back to the pack house to meet Junghyun on the couch, smirking. "you're ugly please stop""jungkook be nice"upon hearing the few voice, Junghyun bowed"Elder Kim,is there anything you need? I can be of assistance if you want"Junghyun said, staring at Elder Kim too much for jungkooks liking.... The Alpha prime in him was possessive of his mate and growled... Startling the two. His brother knew what he was doing and smirked at him, pissing the Alpha Prime(Prime for short) even more... Taehyung on the other hand cleared his throat catching both their attention. "I think Jungkook will do just fine but thank you for the offer anyway" "you are welcome Elder Kim, please call me if you need to. "With that, Junghyun left, a smirk on his face.

Since it had been six years since Taehyung came to bloodMoon pack, Jungkook decided to give him a tour and inform him about what has changed and his job as pack leader-which he hates. Pack members had kept stopping to bow and greet Taehyung.... Jungkooks resting bitch face made them steer clear from him.

"Bun... you should be nicer to your pack members.... as a leader, you must earn their trust and make them feel comfortable and protected, that way they would be loyal to you "Jungkook thought about it and realised Taehyung was right, he had to be better. "Taehyungie I-Im so bad at expressing my feelings I just find It hard... and I always feel like everyone is expecting me to be this perfect leader since I'm a prime and sometimes I feel overwhelmed"Jungkook bit his lips... This was the first time he really told someone about how he felt about leading the pack. His thoughts were Interrupted when he felt Taehyung squeeze his waist earning a gasp from him"You are perfect just the way you are bun.... Don't try too hard, just go with your instincts on what's best for the pack and you'll do just fine.... " Jungkook felt Taehyungs breath on his lips and swallowed hard"....... And I'm the only one allowed to bite your enticing lips.... They are mine, don't do it for me"and with that, Taehyung continued to walk ahead, greetings people whilst Jungkook was glued to the spot, with a flushed face, a racing heart and a boner.
