Marinette

"Hello, my name is Ti-"
"MOM!DAD! There's a huge bug in my room!" I yelled. I waited for a response, but nothing. It seemed like the world was still. I looked around the room, slowly turning my head, examining the room. The whole room looked completely pink, I mean my room was already pink, but the things that weren't pink were, well, pink! There were also little glowing sparkles coming down gracefully. It was beautiful and made my room seem whimsical. "Was it only my room like this...?" I asked myself.

I walked towards the window, completely ignoring the creature floating in front of me and looked out my window. Everything in Paris was pink with the same glowing sparkles fell down Paris. It looked as if time stopped. There was no sound of alley cats, falling trash cans, or barking dogs. It was so quiet...

I turned back to the creature. I gave it a stern face, hoping to seem intimidating. I walked up to it and stopped a foot away from it. "What did you do?" I asked calmly. I didn't want it to feel as if I would hurt it, in hopes my questions would be answered without any trouble. The small creature cleared it's throat and gave an adorably huge smile. "My name is Tikki," It spoke in a soft spoken tone. "I am the ladybug Kwamii, and those pair of earrings are the Ladybug miraculous" she said. "Miraculous?" I whispered as I looked down at my chair. The two earrings were suddenly were a black color instead of the ladybug pattern it had before. I grabbed the earrings from the chair and turned back to the creature. "These earrings are very important. They have been around for centuries, just like myself"

Centuries? What? This thing looks no where near centuries years old!

My mouth was wide open. Eyes wide in shock. "I-I'm sorry, but there must be a mistake. I don't know how I got you at all..." I said sadly.

I truly wished I could help the poor thing, but there must be a mistake. It must have another owner waiting for them else where.

"What's the name of your owner? They must be looking for you." I told the creature. She lightly shoock her head and let out a sigh. "You are my new holder. I haven't had one in centuries, and the Guardian chose you to be my new holder and new Ladybug." It spoke.

"Guardian?" I asked. What on earth is a "guardian"?

"He is the keeper of the miraculouses. He keeps them safe from any possible threat or evil, and gives miraculous to new heroes in order to save society. You have been given one of the most powerful miraculous. The Ladybug miraculous. The power of creation." It said in pride, especially in her last two sentences. But, I still didn't understand why I was chosen for this power. Also, "one of the most powerful miraculous"? What other miraculouses where powerful.

I bowed my head and raised my hand up. "I have two questions." I stated. The creature nodded it's head in response. "One, why was I chosen to have such a power?"

The creature paused at this. Her tiny nub-hand on her chin, as she thought about her answer. "Well, the Guardian thought you were best for the job. He's been watching you for a while, looking at your kindness, bravery, and selflessness struck him. You had all the qualities of Ladybug."

"I see...For my second question, what other miraculouses is powerful like mine?" I asked, anticipating the answer. "That would be the Cat miraculous of destruction. With this miraculous, you can destroy anything you touch. This miraculous is a tricky one. It can easily be put into the wrong hands." She spoke. "Also, the holder of this miraculous will be your partner. For years the Ladybug and Cat miraculouses have been working side by side for thousands of years. I hope you will love your partner!" She said, beaming with joy.

I couldn't help but smile. The creature floating in front of me was so optimist and pure. She was like me, but I could tell she would be WAY more mature and would be a guidance for me with her knowledge from living for thousands of years.

I cautiously lifted my hand to touch it's head. I moved it's head to my hand. I smiled gently at the creature. I raised my other hand for it to sit on, which it gladly did. I continued to pet it's head gently. The creature looked up at me with big eyes and beautiful smile I giggled at it's cuteness.

I looked up at the ceiling. The pink hue on my room began to fade, returning everything to it's organic state. "Wow..." I whispered. The creature giggled at my astonishment. "Well, will you be Ladybug?" The creature asked, tilting its head slightly.

" I'll think about it, you little cutie."
