Y/n POV

last night was eventful to say the least. I mean I found an unconscious woman in the shore whom I brought back and nursed overnight.

Walking downstairs I see her still sleeping soundly. She must still be cold from last night because I can see her still shivering. I have one of those bed warmers from from the 1900s.

(Yes these actually exist. You out either hot water or fresh coal from fires and place them under the bed sheets. Then they would heat up the bed before people went to sleep on them during the cold days.)

I placed a few hot pieces of coal in it and placed it under the blanket. Her shivering then slowed to a stop signaling that she was warm again.

"I better make some hot chocolate for her. She may be hungry after what happened." I say as I head into the kitchen and begin heating up the coffee maker.

Mini timeskip

After I finished the hot chocolate I hear the woman start to wake up. Looking through the archway I see her look around before picking up her glasses. She grows curious before her eyes landed on me.

"Good morning miss. I'm glad to see that your alright." I say to her. She touched the bandages on her head.

"T-thank y-you for saving me." She must've remembered.

"Here. I made some hot chocolate for you. It'll help warm you up some more." I held out the mug.

She takes it and slowly begins to drink it. She then breathes in relief. She was more relaxed now. But I have to ask her.

"May I know your name? With the suit on your not from around here are you?" I ask her.

She clears her throat before speaking.

"My name is Pandemonica. And yes I'm not from around here." She says a little nervous.

I knew it but the thing that confused me a little was why did she have fake horns and a fake tail? I won't question it

I knew it but the thing that confused me a little was why did she have fake horns and a fake tail? I won't question it.

"Okay that's a big name. Do you if I call you Pan for now?" I ask her. She seemed to smile when I called her Pan. She then nodded.

"So why were you On That ship anyway? Didn't you know about the storm that was happening?" I ask in concern.

She finished taking another sip before speaking once more.

"I was on a business trip for my boss. I was to check on our associates in Europe. But we thought the storm wouldn't be so ferocious." She says shivering a little more.

A wrap the blanket around her helping her calm down. I couldn't just throw her out of the house right now. She doesn't know where she is.

"I'll let you stay here for the time being Pandemonica. Besides with your current injuries your in no condition to work. I'll let you use my phone to call your boss. Take your time I need to tend to the lighthouse anyways." I get up and get ready.

"Lighthouse? What do you mean?" She asks me with her head tilted in a cute way.

"I am a lighthouse keeper. I help guide lost ships at night so that way the stay away from the rocky shores. I'm like a shepherd in a way. I have to keep the light working or else the ships might crash here. Don't worry I won't be long." I say heading outside.

Pandemonica pov

After the human left I went over to his phone and I dialed Lucifer's number. After a few beeps she finally answered.

"Hello? Who is it?" She called out.

"Lucifer it's me Pandemonica." I announce.

"Ah Pandemonica! I was wonder where you were! Why haven't called?" She asks me.

"I was washed away by a severe storm in the living world this I was unable to reach your associates. But a human saved me and nursed me back to stable health." I tell her.

There was silence I. Her end but after a little bit she spoke again.

"What is the name of this human?" She asked.

"I haven't asked him yet. But I do know that he is a lighthouse keeper. His job helps ships find their way on the oceans of the living world." I explain to her.

"Most interesting. Stay with him for now and report all that you see from him." She orders.

I agree to her orders as we hang up. Just in time too. Because the human came in.

"So have you contacted your boss yet?" He asks while putting up his coat.

"Yes. Yes I have mr.?"

"Y/n. Y/n l/n." He says. So his name is y/n.

"Since your staying here for the time being I'll let you sleep on my bed. That way you'll be more comfortable." He says surprising me.

"B-but where will you sleep?" I ask in Hesitation.

"I'll sleep on the couch. Don't worry I've done it before. There are time when I'm too tired to head to my bed so I'll collapse on The couch." He tells me. Hesitantly I nod as he leads me to his bedroom. From there I was placed on his bed.

On oh god was it cozy. From the moment my head landed on the pillows I felt the need to sleep. And so I did.

Y/n POV

I laugh a little. Guess she needed a little more sleep after all. I place the blanket over as she cuddled the pillows to no end. I close the door and I let her sleep.

When she wakes up. I'll show her around town.
