Jess came into Lena's office and said " Ms. Luthor your 11 am is here."
Lena straightened her skirt even though it was already perfect because Jess told her it was a Kara Danvers that was coming to interview her. But Lena wasn't going to let her hopes up. There's probably a lot of Kara Danver's in National City, right?
Kara walked in and when they saw each other they just stood there, frozen. Lena made the first move and said " Hi, Ms. Danvers what a coincidence seeing you again." She said giving her a Handshake. Kara seemed to be woken up from her daydream and said: " Oh my God, you're Ms. Luthor, how didn't I put two and two together?"
Lena chuckled and said, " I know, honestly when I told you my name when we met I thought you would've recognized me and run away or something."
Kara gave her a smile that didn't really reach her eyes "Well, Ms. Luthor I try not to judge people I barely know." Kara said looking at Lena straight in the eyes. Lena was searching for something in her eyes that told her that Kara was lying, but all she saw was sincerity and not an ounce of judgment.
Kara asked her a couple of questions about the LuthorCorp and what her plans were. And Lena answered them honestly. "Well, Ms. Danvers this was one of the first interviews where I actually got to speak my mind and not have to defend myself. Thank you."
"Call me Kara please, and well, Ms. Luthor I think that's what I came here for."
"Well, Kara then it's Lena for you too. Thank you. And I hope this isn't the last time we see each other." Lena said in a flirtatious tone.
But Kara being Kara didn't really notice but still blushed and said: " I hope not either."
